Friendly service and will visit if something urgently required. I had to pop in here and grab some specialist plasters for a severe blister on my foot. However, I have found their selection isn't as large as some pharmacies to get a cheaper option.

I had to take a COVID for travel to the US and the staff at the pharmacy was fantastic. They were all very friendly and made me feel welcome, not what I would expect from a pharmacy in the MetCenter. It felt like a small town local pharmacy.

Needed a rare medication (Carbimazole) This pharmacy called when it became available and held it till we could collect. Perfect thank you.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and proactive in asking me if I needed help, but the reason I am only giving them one star is because unfortunately today (19 Nov 2020) I observed the store owner verbally abuse one of his staff in the chemist section. The poor lady looked so upset at being yelled at. I really don't believe ANY staff member should be treated this way - either in private, and especially not in public, it's extremely unprofessional!

The lady at the counter helped me find a chemist that has the medicine needed my infant niece. She was so nice and went above and beyond to help me. I’m really happy with their customer service!

I almost didn’t go to this chemist because of bad reviews. I can’t comment on there previous service but today they were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them and will personally come back whenever I’m in North Sydney. Keep up the great service Terry White team:)

Terrible customer service. Literally waited to be helped for several minutes only to have the lady go on to help someone else. Do yourself a favour and skip this chemist! Not only are they over priced, they are completely rude.

Will arbitrarily mark up the prices of necessary medicines to more than double that of the Priceline across the road or any other decent pharmacy. It's as poor a practice as I am as I leave their pharmacy.

Was there this morning to buy Minipress tablet for hypertension, they charged me $21.49 which I buy from Chemist Warehouse for $6.99 only. This is how they rip off customers. Never going there again.

This shop is very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff here will always go out of their way to assist you and are a delight. Excellent vitamins and stockings selection and medical advice. Highly recommended.
