Handsdown the best pharmacy around the Chatswood area. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and can vouch for their excellent customer service and professionalism. At the onset of Covid- when people did not know what was going on and no one would deliver because courier staff were sick-one of the pharmacists (Rebecca) delivered my medicine herself. They are a good bunch and I will forever be grateful to all of them (Kenny, Rebecca and the rest of the staff).

The prescription counter service is very rude. I tried to buy eye drop for my mum at quarter to 4pm on 19 Sept 2023. At the beginning a woman said my prescription was overdue, I said I have a repeat left, the date is fine. After her mistake, she tried to say I bought the second one too early which was 7 days after the first one. My mum used 28 drops already, she questioned why I buy the second one so early. I don’t understand, do I have to wait till last drop finished? While I don’t need to arrange my time? And also after saw doctor just in the morning, the doctor said my mum should use drops every two hours. The woman did not listen what I said. The man next to her starts to be rude to me as well. So bad service. Never go again.

Staff are rude, impatient and not helpful, not much customer service, just like a more expensive warehouse.

Need a photo for an international drivers license and the guy nailed it. Good service if you need photos for any documents these guys are excellent

Bad service and more expensive than other chemists.
Also, they don't mention during purchase that there's no return policy (and it was not in receipt either). Unlike Coles or Woolworths where they say no return policy during Covid period, which is fair and clearly communicated.

I visited the store yesterday and received the best customer service from the 3 staff members I had dealings with. I purchased perfume in which I was given expert assistance and it was gift wrapped ready to give at Christmas. I will definitely use this pharmacy again.

Friendly and professional staff on the floor. We used them for all of our scripts while we lived in the area and we always received efficient and courteous service. I hope we find a similar pharmacy in our new suburb.

Smaller range of products than Priceline with more specialty and promotional products than essentials. Staff are vaguely knowledgeable, but good pharmacist.
