I went to Terry White in Bondi Junction with a script for MELATONIN. Doctor said one tablet after dinner and one 2 hours before sleep. My packet said 1 tablet a day. I took the tablet and then started to read the bumpf in the packet. THE CHEMIST GAVE ME BIRTH CONTROL TABLETS.
Does anyone want to swap the BIRTH CONTROL tablets that I have - minus the one I took - for a packet of MELATONIN.
This male wants to sleep -my baby days are long since over.
Imagine if I had been given some weird addictive drug and hadn't read the label.
Zero stars to Terry White! (and give me my money and script back so that I can go to a real chemist!)

The whole team here are the greatest and give care to any of your concerns or advice for your loved ones I will travel far to just come here and be treated by them I adore all the staff never rude and always serve with care cannot thank you enough for all your time and help over the years and especially through this pandemic they have done amazingly.

Went into Terry white chemmart today to get a medication. The pharmacist who was working just before 6pm was lovely. Empathetic and respectful. He was very helpful. Although they did not have what I needed he suggested that they give me a call when it came in. Will be shopping here from now on.

Make sure to check your receipt as they are charging higher price that advertised in the catalogue.

Excellent customer services provided by the pharmacist. He went through all the trouble to contact pharmaceutical company in order to supply one of my grandmother's medication that has been out of stock everywhere! His effort is way beyond his duty, we couldn't thank him anymore!
