I had extremely pleasant service experience from Raj in my recent visit at Lexus dealership Paramatta. I am not a very knowledgeable person when it comes to cars and wanted to consider buying either Lexus or Tesla. While shopping for my new car, I met Raj at the door and he immediately grabbed my attention by his proactive gesture to help in every way. His positive energy, smart communication skills, well mannered behaviour and above all extensive knowledge made me feel like I am with the right person to select my car. He went above and beyond in ensuring that I make a well informed choice by putting all options in front of me that will suit my requirements and budget. I ended up spending $40k over my budget happily as my knowledge and confidence increased after talking to Raj.
Raj’s genuine efforts in making me feel at ease by listening calmly and answering all my queries while presenting personalised recommendations made me feel like a valued customer. He displayed professionalism and a friendly demeanor that made me trust the environment that I was in.
Thanks to his dedication and commitment, that helped me make the right choice in purchasing my new car that my family is already in love with. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! Prior to placing a 5k deposit on a car, I was told repeatedly that if my situation was to change that the deposit would be returned. 12 months later my situation has changed and so I've requested for my 5k deposit to be returned as the car is STILL not ready and I have been told that they will be keeping my deposit and penalising me a percentage of the total purchase price. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a big multi-million dollar establishment trying to cripple the public

The delivery was a smooth process and when the time came to pick up the car I was amazed at all the teams efforts. I took delivery on Valentine’s Day.

Starting from test drive to booking, experience with Terry Shields Toyota has been great. Miley is the Sales consultant that was engaging with me and she explained every feature of the Toyota RAV4 hybrid.
Really did not have a good time trying to look at new cars here. Salesperson was pushy, arrogant and disregarded our opinions and requirements. Some serious misinformation when discussing alternative options (such as EV vs Hybrid). We were interested in 2 cars, the Corolla and the Yaris Cross and the salesperson was no use in helping us make decisions between the two, rather just pushing us to put an order in for a Corolla.
You have to give praise when praise is due. Donald at Terry shields Toyota is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with. Professional, respectful, transparent and honest. The team at Terry shields is lucky to have him. He has been very helpful with my search for a car for my family and made the experience an enjoyable one. Thanks for all your hard work and help Donald.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Mile who assisted me with my car purchase. Mile was responsive to my questions and did all she could to secure a Corolla hybrid car for me in such a hot market.
We love our Corolla hybrid as it is very fuel efficient and easy to drive. The tech upgrade of Toyota makes driving a pleasant experice.
So for some one who can filter to the newest review and read the prev post it was from my husband, but i wanted to give my feedback and also update from what happen after the response from the customer service, they said will work towards getting the car delivered to us by friday or sat (morning) as commented in the response. But which was not and the long weekend has past and no action yet still no one called us as well, this is all after paying the full car price of 88K and been sitting with them from a week now (last tue the whole money was pay) but the car has not yet reached us/delivered to us or not even any one bother to call us and updated today morning, only on friday once i wrote the review manager and top line people calling my husband and saying why did you had to write the review. Come on have some curtesy and do some basic customer service please.
By far i don't even want to give one star, i was told my car would be ready to pick up on wed this week and they asked me to transfer the funds one day earlier i did transfer it on monday to be sure i dont miss out. Tue i got a call saying no its going to be either on Thu or Fri, and now Thu i get a call and they say the car has not yet arrived and prob will try to deliver to you on Fri, which is again not sure. Now having been transfered the money already the full amount on monday its been 3 days now. Will they give me the interest out of that? Will they give me more accessorise, no the answer was as it would delay in adding accessories they say now:) which is already delayed.
This is all after waiting for the car from booking earlier this year back in Early May after waiting for 6months.
Now every time i need to call my insurance and also keep changing the start day of the policy.
Please do not go with this dealership so hard.

The sales don't know what they are talking when you ask them about the features of the car. Unfriendly staff who don't bother talking to you after they sold the car. High service costs.
I went to Phil Gilbert and I realised what I missed out.
If you are coming here, just ask for Mick and then the magic will happen. My partner and I have been looking at cars for a while but we always wait for the signs to appear for us to know if it’s the right choice. We didn’t even meet Mick first, he was the second rep we spoke to but from the get go he just continued to surprise us. He speaks well, has a laugh, and just knows how to communicate with you! We understand in the world of sales it’s about being charismatic, energetic and knowledgeable and Mick has all those amazing features which makes him great, but he has one more thing that only very few reps have and that is the ability just to be real. It is hard not to thank Mick a million times over but honestly, he deserves every bit of gratitude he can get. Mick, thank you once again, you’ve made something we were hesitant to do, and made it seamless, easy and affordable. Thank you, thank you and thank you again. Harley, Irina and Baby George ️
Service refused to press in a gear in my transmission, with no explaination given.
I quote 'As the gearbox has already been removed and dismantled we are unable to supply a quote or carry out any repairs'
I gave a perfect description of the job from the service manual, including required part numbers, but the job requires a special tool from Toyota.
Seriously! What the hell is wrong with you people!
