Terrigal Sails Serviced Apartments

I stay here almost every week, as I love it! I have stayed elsewhere but keep coming back to Terrigal Sails. They are consistent, everything it as it should be. It's comfortable, caters to my business needs, and they always have an ice tray ready in the freezer (it's the small things.). It's a 2 minute (if that) walk to the beach - highly recommend Terrigal Sails!

We checked out in the morning of 9 Feb and in the evening of the same day, I remembered that my dress was left hanging in the closet of the hotel room. It is a $300 dress. So I called the receptionist of the hotel but they said they didn’t find the dress. And the hotel couldn’t reach the cleaning lady who did the housekeeping after my departure. She refused to answer phone calls.
Obviously one of the cleaning crew has taken my dress.it’s not just about one dress. It’s about the integrity of the hotel crew. I’m so disappointed with the situation.
This is my second time traveling in Australia. Everything is so great except for the dress that disappeared strangely in Terrigal Sails Apartment.

Very convenient location
Reception folk were very obliging
Nice size rooms; very comfortable.
Room only marked down because the floors new a good scrub; the tops of my grandson's feet were pitch black from crawling around the floor.

Room is getting a little run down, putting that aside though the overall experience was fantastic, amazing comfortable king size bed great spa good size room, pleasant view of suburbia.
Fridge worked so well it froze my bottle of beer lol
In all great place to stay.

Good location and facilities.
My only gripe was the noise echoing throughout the complex due to the party or parties going on.

Booked a room here during a last minute trip and it was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. The apartments are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Will definitely stay again next time I'm up the coast

Rooms are clean, and service is available at any time. Price is responsible. Next time I visit Terrigal for sure this place will definitely be one of the options to choose

Sails is one of the best for accommodation on the Central Coast; it is close to a great beach and the village. Once there one really needs not need the car unless going on a day trip.

This was a great location - easy walking distance to the centre of Terrigal. The rooms were clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Honestly the service desk was not manned very often even over the weekend but their after hours check in was great - they had a phone to on-site manager and I didn't really require assistance during the stay so the scarcity of reception didn't make a difference to a lovely stay. I would recommend.

Great location few minutes stroll to beach and shops, well equipped, very clean, large comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Only minor thing is the washbasin did not take a plug.

We were absolutely delighted with the accomadation and the care that the management and staff provided to make our short outstanding.the best compliment we can give is "We will be back again and soon. "

Great view amazing room has a really nice bath big enough for me as I'm really tall you never get baths in rooms anymore it's only showers.

Friendly service, immaculate room with well equipped kitchen, parking right at door, we have been several times and will definitely come back.

Terrigal Sails Apartments has everything you need while you are away from home. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The position is excellent close to the beach and and shops. The staff are very freindly. This is the second time we stayed here and will definetly my choice of accommodation next time We are go to Terrigal.

I booked a room with a Spa & after a very stressful time was really looking forward to unwinding in it. To feel the jets to be able relax & unwind. Very disappointing that the spa jets did not work & the Spa didn’t even turn on. The kettle & microwave in the room didn’t work either. Perhaps it was a blown fuse.

Apartment was very neat and tidy. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall a wonderful stay and memorable experience.

We had the 1 bed apartment. It was exactly what we were looking for, great location, kitchen including full sized refrigerator and microwave, laundry downstairs, very quiet, with a great staff! If you want to party or make noise, this is not the place for you.

We've stayed here twice now and loved both times. The rooms are always clean and it’s a great location. We will definitely continue to come back each year.
