Terrace Boating & Leisure Centre

First time customer here, and I have to say I've found the staff very courteous, professional, helpful AND customer focused. My wife bought something from them as a gift for me, however I had also purchased the same item from them on Ebay.
The staff I dealt with on Ebay understood the honest mistake and refunded the higher priced item immediately which went way beyond my expectations. They were also SUPER QUICK to respond to all messages/emails.it really is a nice change from some marine companies I've dealt with. I'll now be a customer for life, honestly cannot rate Terrace Boating high enough in my opinion. I'm not affiliated with Terrace Boating in any way either, this has wholly been MY own experience and review.

Really happy with the purchase of the outboard motor I bought from here. The salesperson, Michael, was very thorough in explaining the operation and running in process of the motor, which considering the good discount on the already well priced item was excellent. I would certainly give them a call again if I need any more boating equipment.
