I recently had the pleasure of visiting Terranova tiles, and it truly felt like stepping into a tile wonderland! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the vast array of tiles that adorned the showroom, each more beautiful than the last.

The Staff further enhanced my shopping experience. Their knowledge and expertise were readily available, making the selection process a breeze. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect tiles for my house.

I wholeheartedly recommend Terranova to anyone in search of the perfect tiles to elevate their space.

If you’re looking for Carrara marble, don’t get it from Teranova. What’s on display in their shop and website is so different to what we’ve received. Spent over 4k expecting premium quality, instead the tile was awful, plain and milky, like a cheap imitation of an actual marble. Customer service was equally disappointing. Took weeks of follow ups until we couldn’t hold off the project any longer. Feel completely ripped off and already told friends and family who are renovating their homes to stay away from this place.

Teranova design takes you from the first moment you enter the showroom. Great Design solutions very trend tile shop. Knowledgeable Staff. The staff recommended us a tiler and builder and we couldn't be happier.

Our project is twelve months in and all our marble slabs and tiles have been installed, we couldn’t be happier, with many delays expected with Covid we may actually finish with an early completion date,
which in the world of construction is almost impossible. It was very handy to find a company that carries a large choice of stock in the country.

Ellie was extremely patient with my picky taste after two years of back and forth our build is finally complete and our Italian tiles look fantastic inside and outside.

Such a shame Chris hired someone as rude, condescending and “no can do” attitude as Ally to work at the store. Twice shunned, definitely won’t be back.

Sales process was great - good advice and great selection of interesting tiles. But have had significant issues with delivery. We have had several delays in getting the tiles we bought and paid for, and it has caused all sorts of issues with our building schedule.

Chris is super helpful and has the most incredible range of lux/chic floor and wall tiles. Suprisingly, all at reasonable prices.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. After being promised delivery twice and having to pay for labour sitting around, instead of an apology and offering complimentary delivery, I get hung up on. Just plain rude.

Sold us poor quality tiles. Which is fine. But they were expensive. And very frustratingly have totally washed their hands of the issue. Poor customer service.
