Bought all the tiles for our house from Teranova, including living areas and bathrooms/laundry. Very friendly and knowledgeable team that provided great customer service. Our carara tiles and marble mosaics look amazing.

If you’re looking for Carrara marble, don’t get it from Teranova. What’s on display in their shop and website is so different to what we’ve received. Spent over 4k expecting premium quality, instead the tile was awful, plain and milky, like a cheap imitation of an actual marble. Customer service was equally disappointing. Took weeks of follow ups until we couldn’t hold off the project any longer. Feel completely ripped off and already told friends and family who are renovating their homes to stay away from this place.

This is my second house I have designed with these guys Costa, Linda and Angelo all know their products and design always going over and above to deliver - if you want something unique and well priced this is the place to visit.

Jodie was right, Angelo was friendly when the sale was made, but he provided us the wrong pattern and refuse to make the correction or replacement, we wasted 30 boxes of the tiles, what a waste and never again with this tile shop, Anyone wants to make the purchase, please be very very careful when dealing with them. Another unhappy customer.

The team at Teranova was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire tile purchasing process. They helped me to specify the latest trending tiles for a new bathroom whilst adhering to my project budget. I was absolutely thrilled that after a single visit, i walked out with bathroom layout recommendations along with a pre-selection of stunning marble and porcelain products. Without their help, I'd still be starring at all the beautiful options confused about which way to go. Without a doubt I'll be back again!

Angelo helped me track down a tile i purchased from him 10yrs ago, it was only 1 box that i needed but he went out of his way to get me the 1 box.

At first and up until we received our order everything was friendly. They said to order more and they would take back the excess tiles however when we clawed to say we had 2 boxes left over, they said they couldn't take them back as it would be different batches. They they proceed to say we owed them $180. We spend over $18K Also after a few weeks, we called to say if we could have someone come out as the look at the tiles as they stained very easily and some tiles where dis coloured. And they said straight up NO.would definately not be going back.

I have just had the same problem as Jodie Webb my floor tiles $149 per sqm are scratched and constantly stained. When I called my concerns have been rebuffed. My tiles have been cleaned repeatedly yet they still stain. Definitely Lessons Learnt!

Angelo was very charming and had some great tips when selecting tiles. We were very happy and ordered 24 boxes of tiles. The delivery came, we left the boxes unopened and waited for the tiler. 2 weeks later he opens the pallet - there's 20 boxes. We call Angelo and the customer service we first experienced has long gone.
'I've worked with him for 20 years do you expect me to call my my warehouse manager a liar' is Angelo's response.
We order more boxes. He can't deliver so we have to go to Penrith. Get the boxes and check it's the same name. Drive back. Then the tiler tells us it's a different tile - the batch numbers not the same. I didnt know about batch numbers (each batch of a tile is different) and they'd given us a different batch. Call back and Angelo says 'don't you know to check the batch numbers'. Errr no. Back to Penrith I go. 'it's a learning experience' he says. Thanks Angelo. Lesson learnt

The all purchase experience was positive, we were short of a few boxes of tiles they managed to get it delivered from the warehouse to the store the same day and we picked it up from there.
