How great are these guys! Had an issue with a product, but instead of the third degree, I was given an email address to send some photos of the problem. Dropped in the next day with the faulty item, expecting to have to wait a week or two, only to be greeted with friendly understanding staff and a replacement ready to go! Service doesn’t get much better than that. I’ll definitely be buying from Tentworld Archerfield again, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had an issue with an Inflatable mattress. Send an email online. Emily and Krispy were absolutely amazing. Really helped me out. I then went into the punchbowl store. Matt once again gave me exceptional customer service. I can't thank them enough for how they all helped me for my issue.
If you haven't been to the store and you love camping I highly recommend it!

Terrible place to buy tent. A tent place who doesn't accept return/exchange once tent is open. How in the world is someone suppose to know without opening the tent if there are any issues.
Shame on the business and its ethics.
Never going there again.

Replying to the comment by the owner as there is no option to reply on their comment: - In that case, please stop selling tent online. Every online store has return policy if case something goes wrong. There should be some tolerance for this type of situation. May be charge restocking fees or something. I came to exchange the tent not for refund. The tent freaking collapsed on me last night just due to light wind! The cover /second layer is too big, beacause of that half of it
was blown open last night exposing the inner mesh. I was just too exhausted to argue with your manager "the boss" today because I couldn't sleep last night, guess the reason for that!
Sorry but bad management.

Not a good experience at Tentworld Punchbowl.
I bought Glow in the Dark 6 pack (Guy rope safety markers recharges in the sun) on 2/10/23. They haven't worked a single day.

Good range of camping equipment in store and online, good and knowledgeable service, not always the cheapest but only a small difference if any in my experience.

Terrible shopping experience!
While I called the store one day before picking up a $50 sleeping bag, I asked the staff to check stock availability, make sure it’s physically in stock instead of checking the system only. The staff was very confident it’s in stock. When I drive over next morning, I was advised that they don’t have it in stock! ! They have a another version (exactly the same) but they asked me to pay additional $20 for the new version. The manager saying it’s the staff’s mistake, and staff saying the two versions of sleeping bag look the same. In the end customers pay for staff’s mistake! After spending half an hour for the $50 sleeping bag, manager agreed to offer $60. (I plan to spend 5 minutes there for a quick pick up before work), in the end time wasted, and spent extra money for staff’s mistake.
In short, the staff failed to do his job!
The manager fails to solve the problem to customer’s satisfaction. Very disappointing!
If possible, shop online! Don’t visit the shop in punchbowl!

This place has tents and various camping equipment.
You can find coolers, mugs, portable toilets, camping chars, sleeping bags, and portable beds in there.
There is no clothing, but they have hiking shoes.

The store manager, and all floor staff I spoke with were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very appreciative for the assistance I received! Thanks so much Matt and team!

A good range of tents (including several on display). Also a good range of camping products though unfortunately not a lot on display (for example, you can't compare air mattress vs air + foam mattress). But the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

They have some alright gear. One big let down is that some of the items in store cannot be purchased online. But also you cannot use afterpay in store.

Huge store, good selection of products. There were only a few staff around, so if you need assistance, you might struggle a bit. If you know what you want, this store is the best. Everything you need for your next outdoor adventure can be found here.

Wish they could at least give me a hand with their products. They were either talking to each other, and no staff could be found ehen trying to grab their attention. My wife and I were really disappointed.

The Tent World staff were great. I recently had to replace alot of gear due to theft at my semi-permanent campsite, they assisted in puting together a bundle of the most practical but affordable new tools/equipment. Excellent customer service.

Extremely poor and condescending after sales support on a faulty product they sold us. We are currently having to go to fair trading to get our money back on a product that has failed twice. I used to be an avid supporter of the business but no longer extremely disappointing.

A great range of camping stock with competitive pricing. Definitely worth the trip to browse after you’ve done some research on pricing from the other big players as Tentworld will amaze you with their pricing. I will definitely be heading back for the last few items I need.

Very helpful staff, showed me a campbed set up and how to pack away, so much knowledge and great prices. Very happy to recommend Tent world North Ipswich to everyone, I will be back.many times.

The Adelaide store has lost a new customer and a$400 sale, without me even setting foot in the store. I rang to enquire about seeing a product prior to purchase (as the "return" policy is a store credit only, I wanted to be sure before buying). The"assistant" D****l, said "none on display", and "no they could not let us see one out of the box". Did not seem particularly concerned when I said in that case we wouldn't come in. I'm sure the manufacturer of this niche product will be thrilled when I let him know how Tentworld Adelaide are not doing him any favours.

Came in today during Boxing Day Sales, Alana’s customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Helped us from tents to table and chairs etc. Generally cared about what we needed and took the time to actually talk to us about each product!

Excellent service, they have kept me informed of the delivery times.
Great prices, recommend!
