2 months of numerous visits to doctors and specialists who could not diagnose issue and yet Nicole fixed the main problem on first visit

You get there with some vague pain in a muscle or joint, Sam makes you weirdly move your limbs around and tells you what's wrong with you! Then he massages the area, maybe pokes it with some needles and you feel much better right there, after the first session. At the end, he sends you home with some homework exercises and of course, he asks you to come back again in a week or two, which you would, because you know how these injuries take time to heal.

Jason Lam has treated me 4 times in just over a week and half. When I first engaged him for physical therapy my pain score was at a 10 and had been for over 2 months despite alternative practitioners working on my injury. Through listening, questions and then actively adapting his therapy in real time he has progressed my pain level down to below 5 in that short period. I have complete faith that through continued appointments with Jason my pain will fade away and most importantly my herniated disc will find its way back to a stable state within my body.
Jason asks you what is happening and then modifies his practise in the session. Incredibly responsive, compassionate and sympathetic and in my case empathetic to my disc pain.
As a former elite athlete working internationally I have had hundreds of physical therapies across the globe, Chiro, acupuncture, Osteo, physio and on and on. Jason Lam is by far the best I have ever experienced! He has a wicked laugh too.

Nicole Bartel is a superstar chiro! I first reached out to address chronic pain in my leg and she had it under control in the first month. Since then she has improved stiffness in my hips, lack of flexibility in my joints and resolved the tension in my shoulders that I thought was just an unavoidable side effect of my occupation. I would be falling apart without her!

Excellent results working with Jonathan Bae for close to the past 2 years. I work full time in an office and suffer from shoulder and back pain. He has educated me and held me accountable to a regime of exercise and treatment that has greatly improved my quality of life. Sam is amazing. In 3 sessions he had my shoulder and neck pain resolved. Simple to make an appointment and the clinic is easy to travel to via public transport and there is plenty of street parking if you drive.

My time at Tensegrity has been such a great experience. My physiotherapist Jonathan took me step by step through my journey of chronic lower back pain to a point where I can now get back to the gym pain free without worrying I’ll do something to my back. He went above and beyond to help me with my rehab and to build my confidence to do what I love and enjoy again outdoors.
