Dr. Anne has worked wonders with the program to get me back to fitness - just need to remember to follow the program!

I first came to see Luke with a fair amount of pain and discomfort. The exercises and the adjustments he has given me have really improved my level of pain and I now feel so much better. I am confident continuing with my exercises will benefit me even further.

Ian and his team are absolutely the best practitioners in Sydney. Extremely knowledgeable and so very personable and caring. I send everyone I know to see Ian and his team, I cannot recommend Tensegrity highly enough.

I have been seeing Anne at Tensegrity for a few weeks for issues I have had on and off for years. I have seen many specialists, had many frustrating days and it’s impacted often my day to day - training, working & living. After seeing Anne she gave me hope to finally sorting it all out!

After the first session she identified the main causes to all my little niggles and we got to work. I have felt improvements in just a week! Anne is incredibly lovely, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It’s nice to feel like you are in safe hands and we have a long term plan to get to a point of feeling better & stronger!

Initial appointment with Luke which was a thorough history taking followed by physical assessment of range of motion and developing an exercise plan. Which made me feel comfortable that I was being treated in a professional manner giving me confidence in positive treatment outcomes.

I recently injured my shoulder and was recommended this place by a friend. The staff here were very friendly, place was clean and had a good range of equipment. When assessing my injury Anne was very thorough completing various test to pin point the cause of my pain. I was impressed with her knowledge and dedication to help me recover. Thank you for all the help you have provided me over the last couple of months in aiding me back onto the footy field.

Diagnosis was extremely thorough. The practitioner was attentive, the clinic was clean and love the equipment squat rack and weights to check my technique/form.
