I applied for a customer service role on Seek, recieved a phone call straight away from Mardi. She is the Account Manager who looks after one of the clients I work for. Very fast process and easy transition. I am so glad to be working for an angency who care about their staff.

I was looking for a role this year that would allow me to work from home as I am moving to the outer suburbs and felt that I needed to find a long term career path for myself at a reputable company where I would be supported in my progression. I also needed to find a role where I would feel valued, there was an emphasis on wellbeing of employees and a fair pay bracket (I consider myself to be very picky when it comes to employers). I worked with Alicia from Tenacitycx - and to say that they helped me find the right role for me is a complete understatement. I had been nervous in going for another job role given the current COVID-19 situation, as my previous role was very secure - But Alicia consistently supported me in looking for more for myself, to establish a long term career. It was clear from the beginning that we were working 'together' to get me the best outcome possible, and Alicia genuinely invested so much of her time getting to know me, understanding who I am and what I needed, my individual strengths, as well as what kind of career I was looking to build for myself.
She was constantly in touch and was easy to reach which is incredibly important to me, and guided me through the entirety of the application process up until I got the role. She was beyond professional and Tenacitycx is lucky to have her on their team. Safe to say - should I or anyone I know ever look for another role in the future, Tenacitycx is where we will be headed. Now I am in a job role which ticks all the boxes, and more than I ever expected for myself. Endlessly grateful.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Robbie Smith who is absolutely amazing, he kept me updated throughout the recruitment process and help me secure my new role. I found Robbie very supportive, encouraging and prompt, he knew how much or little to prep me throughout the interview process after identifying my skillset. I can't recommend Robbie enough and truly thank him for assisting me soar to new heights.

I have been recently dealing with Robbie at Tenacity Recruitment and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is friendly and professional and easy to talk to. He genuinely listened to me and my job 'wish list' and made the recruitment process smooth and easy and quickly placed me with a company and contract role I have been very happy with. He is easy to contact and quick to respond to emails/messages which has made me feel very supported during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Robbie and the team at Tenacity!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Alicia. I've never had such an attentive and supportive recruiter in all my 20 years worth of working life. It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend, she was incredibly friendly and open and we had really great and effective conversations. She checked in with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to keep me informed until I secured the role I was going for. If only all recruiters were like her! Working with Tenacity CX has been by far the best experience I have had with a recruiter.
Susan Chand is fantastic to deal with.
She is always attentive and really takes the time to understand you as job seeker.

Attended a group interview for a job opportunity for Life insurance at Zurich. I made it into the next round where they were doing reference checks. Then for three weeks I heard nothing, no feedback no emails or any updates with what was going on so I decided to phone up the recruitment agent Robyn about it. She then told me that she is not sure what has happened as the hiring manager has gone off sick and they haven't heard any updates but will get to me as soon as something has come through. 2 months later still nothng. So unprofessional could of at least put me onto other job opportunities instead but chose to just leave me in the dark and not bother. Wasted my time coming in and being hopeful when receiving a congratulatory email saying I've made it to the next stage of the recruitment process after being interviewed. I would stay away from this group and not recommend them ever.
