Tempus Two

We had Caitlin once back in 2020 and since then, everytime we come back, we asked specifically for her. She's knowledgeable, friendly and best of all, speaks that many languages, which makes our experiences easier with elder family members. I will be back for more of Caitlin next year:)

Had a delightful gin tasting with the very friendly, inviting, and knowledgable Eliza who catered for our tastes and pleased our diverse crowd. What a great way to start 2024 - would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence!

Had an awesome tasting here today with Todd, it’s so refreshing when you have a tasting with someone who is so genuinely passionate and interested in what they’re talking about. We’ve done a few in other places in the Hunter and we could tell the hosts were bored and uninterested and Todd was a breathe of fresh air! Super knowledgable and interesting, had so much information and opinions on what we were trying and genuinely cares about what he’s talking about. Thank you Todd!

Olivia was the most kind and accommodating staff member we have ever met! Out of all the wineries on in the Hunter Valley that we have toured, we would return to Tempus Two just for Olivia!

My daughters and I visited yesterday. Mick has only been working there for three weeks, but she was already so knowledgeable about all of the wines. She was engaging, friendly, attentive and helpful. We tasted some of the wines and gins, ended up buying the Shiraz gin, a bottle of sparkling, and one of the amazing cream liqueurs. An extremely positive experience, you made a great choice hiring her.

Lovely experience wine tasting at Tempus Two! Our host was very in tune with everyone's preferences and shared a goldmine worth of wine wisdom. Their Shiraz based liquors were especially unique; I would definitely recommend visiting this place!

Very nice setup shop with good solid ranges of wines. Great assistance from Katlene. She is knowledgeable: not only knowing the wines - how they match various dishes, but also cultural preferences towards the tastes/types of wines. Very sensitive recognition of my Mum's "like"- getting her 2 loved bottles. Thank you for the great help!

We came to Tempus Two as part of a full day wine tasting tour and this was the best of the day for us. Our host Mike was superb. He was incredibly friendly, informative and generous with the range of different wines he presented to us. Would definitely recommend a taster here for anyone in the area.

Ben was the BEST wine connoisseur. He walked us through all the options and patiently and joyfully answered all our questions. He made it such a fun experience and was so knowledgeable. We learnt so much! They also had a great 0% alcohol tasting option for the designated driver so they aren't left out!

Great service! The gentleman who served us was uniquely talented to match wine to our palette.tempus 2 makes good quality wines period!

Ben took the tasting to another level and deserves a pay rise. I could drink their cream liqours straight from the bottle and their dessert wine is the best in the whole valley. I do wish there were seats though during the tasting.

Reliable, central, great service and solid wines. It just feels like it's way too mainstream and commercial. Having more personal and private wine tastings that other wineries offer are generally better in my opinion.

Still, a great place to come to and the perfect place to start the winery tour of the Hunter!

While Tempus Two wines and gin are some of the more premium products in the Hunter Valley, the main reason for our review is to commend our tasting guide — Anthony. Not only was Anthony extremely knowledgeable, but he was very engaging and kind to our group. Having been to several Hunter Valley tastings, Anthony was the most knowledgeable, engaging, experienced and understanding guide. Thanks Tempus Two and thanks Anthony.

Ting Ting is a fantastic host! She made us feel so welcome and catered to our every request (we are a group of 4). Seriously could not ask for a better host. 12/10 service. #wouldvisistagain

Except for the hostess none of the 8 - 3 whites, 1 rose and 4 reds could impress us. We were a bit disappointed and decided to skip wine tasting during the rest of our 4 day stay in the Hunter region.

Had an excellent tasting here! Sommelier (from lightning ridge) was friendly, charismatic and knowledgeable about the products. Offered us a great selection of wines that we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend!
