I had an incredible experience here today! Thank you so much for making me feel so spoiled and super relaxed! I’ve had a baby recently and this is just what I needed to feel rejuvenated again! The staff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive and made me feel super comfortable. Thank you again:)

First of all, I’d give this spa 4.5 stars if I could, but this wasn’t an option.

I was grateful that I finally got to use my birthday voucher (after 2 years of covid) and booked a lomi Hawaiian massage which I had to make about 4 months in advance to get an appointment that wasn’t during office hours and with the therapist who could provide it. It included a dry body brush. This was fine by me because I knew good spas are usually heavily booked in advance.

However, when I arrived there was a mix up with the booking and for some reason I was booked in for a wax even though the lovely receptionist called to confirm a lomi massage that morning and this was also confirmed via email. So it was a bit disappointing I didn’t get the treatment I booked and was looking forward to.

Nevertheless my therapist Patricia realised this straight away and quickly improvised and gave me a lovely relaxing massage and took expert care of me.

I get a lot of Thai remedial massages I usually find spa massages don’t do much for my stiff shoulders and neck but Patricia was sensitive to what I needed and very experienced. She really knew how much pressure I needed to relieve tension while still making the experience completely relaxing and and enjoyable. It was one of the best spa relaxation massages I have ever had.

The pot of herbal tea and sorbet treat after was a lovely touch and perfect way to finish a session.

Make sure you bring your swimming costume and towel and make use of the pristine pool that is just outside the door before or after your treatment.

If there wasn’t a mix up with the booking I definitely would give this lovely spa a 5 star review. I’ll be back!

I received a remedial massage voucher for this spa and tried booking for over 12 months and they never had suitable time slots. Eventually I booked a slot 3 months in advance and a couple weeks before the long awaited appointment I was told their remedial therapist had resigned and they needed to change my massage. Booked a new slot and agreed to a post pregnancy massage, but on the day the therapist suggested a stress massage instead. I explained the particular areas of discomfort, shoulders and upper and lower back, and explained I enjoy a good pressure, and she reassured me the massage would suit. Her massage was great, she was lovely, but the areas of discomfort persisted. The frustrating part was when leaving and presenting my voucher I was charged additionally as the massage they gave me (not what I wanted) actually cost more and I needed to pay the difference. (Quite annoying when you’re parting with $145 voucher and didn’t get what you initially wanted or were sold).

The amount wasn’t much but the experience was further ruined…it was a gift voucher I received, it shouldn’t have cost me more, and if so, the right thing to do when recommending alternative services I never wanted, would be to inform me of the additional charges BEFORE delivering the service. Poor customer service in that respect. (I requested delaying the appointment until they’d replaced their remedial therapist and was denied)

I’ve now had to fork out another couple hundred elsewhere to get the remedial massage my husband tried to buy me, that I needed. Won’t go back and will caution friends, customer service goes a long way. PS don’t try convince us to buy over priced tea after not giving us the massage we actually wanted…it doesn’t increase the “relaxing” experience.

My hubby bought me a lovely Mother’s Day pamper voucher which I used today and it was magical! I was greeted by an absolutely lovely Therapist Ciara who had such a lovely sweet nature from beginning to end… she sent me into a deep relaxing trance from the beginning of my treatment right to the end… I’m a therapist myself & am super particular & fussy, Ciara was just amazing! My experience was of total escapism, I loved the yummy herbal teas before & after my treatment, the staff were all so welcoming & the Spa certainly has a lovely cosy feel to it… Temple Skincare & Spa you have a new client in me I will be back Jules Fitzhenry

Gorgeous day spa in The Hills. I’d go as far as saying the best!
Beautiful quiet spot in the back of the Hills Lodge.
Dark painted rooms to set the mood with heated beds.you can’t help but feel relaxed.
When you’re finished you can sit back in the foyer and enjoy the music with a pot of herbal tea and a biscuit.
If you’re lucky enough to have Rene as your therapist.you’ll come back for more.

Absolutely love this place, its beautiful and relaxing. Amazing staff, especially the lovely Ciara. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in I felt peaceful.
From a very busy life I was able to escape and fully immerse myself in being taken care of.

Staff were so friendly. I had never met Lucille before today and she was so lovely while I was there to have my beauty needs attended too. It was so awesome that the beds were heated as well! I will be definitely going back for a massage/facial very soon.

Katherine has an amazing touch. That was one of the best massages I've ever had. Katherine knew exactly when to go firmer or softer. I didn't have to say a thing. The massage truly delivered on the stress relief.
