Winny, Cindy, and Hannah are amazing. You can have a total pamper day here, right at your doorstep. I've moved out of Epping but still come back to get my hair and nails done here!

Amazing team at Tema! 3 experienced hair and nail technicians worked together at the same time to get my to my event on time.
It has been over 2 weeks and my nails are all still perfect (check out the photo- lots of regrowth but no peeling and no chips).
Normally I have chips within one week. I can’t wait to get my hair and nails done here again the next time I am in Sydney.

I loved Hanna’s haircut, it’s my second time there and always leaving very happy with the result. Very easy to book appointments and staff very friendly. I highly recommend.

Henna is so good in hair cut and styli g. All of them are so welcoming. Cindy nail bar is so pleasant and so affordable as well.

Last week I had a wash and haircut done by Hana? (the older Vietnamese lady, not Winny). The hair wash done by the Korean lady was pleasant, however, the haircut was not good. She only asked me how short I wanted to cut my hair and if I wanted a V or U shape. She was very rough, catching my earrings in her comb and pushing my head forcefully. She never apologized when she caught my earrings and continued to do it multiple times. Perhaps she didn’t voice how she wanted my head positioned due to language barrier which is fine but she could’ve been more gentle with how she repositioned it. Besides all that the main reason I decided to write a review was the way she thinned my hair (the ends look very uneven and rough), then dismissed my feedback/concerns saying it was the way I was tilting my head or looking at it. My head was hardly tilted and even so it should still blend together somewhat. $78 for a wash and cut, seems very overpriced especially with this type of customer service.

Excellent, experienced and friendly hairdressers. My go to place for me and family (even my 1 yr old loved this place) - relaxing atmosphere.

I was welcomed by lovely staff members and Winny took care of me. It’s honestly been a long time since I’ve had a haircut and she made me feel confident with my hair again! Also got my eyebrows waxed too. Definitely recommend! Amazing service and lovely staffs. See you soon!

Lovely people at Tema. Winny and her team are always happy and professional and provide a great service at a really good price. I've been getting my hair cut here for 14 years and will keep on doing so.

Great place to get your hair done. Have been getting my hair done here for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the ladies are professional, experienced and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly. They do a wonderful job and they are particularly invested in keeping your hair healthy, not just visually beautiful.
Extremely fair prices as well. I'm always happy with results. Keep up the great work girls ️️

I'm sorry to say that it's the worst haircut and haircut experience I have ever had. The lady who cut my hair seemed nice but had no idea what she was doing. My hair looks awful now. I need to find another hair salon to fix the mess. It was a complete waste of my time and money. My husband says I look 10 years older with this bad haircut.

Winny and Larny did an amazing job with my hair. 2 weeks after the Keratin treatment, my hair is smooth every single day even when I don't blow dry it after a hair wash. I have never felt this way about my hair since 3 years ago.this is the first time where I can trust that the Keratin truly works. The service was so intricate. I felt very taken care of, and every single bit of the Keratin process was very enjoyable. I had such a wonder experience with Winny. She is an honest professional who only recommends what’s right for you and does not let you spend un-necessary money on things and treatments. She did a fab job with hair Botox and colour and gave me one of the best layers in Sydney <3

I found this place on Groupon and had my partner visit the place for a a usual Keratin treatment listed for $99 + surcharge. She was told that the charge will be $200 for the traditional keratin. The owner of this place and her staff (older lady, mother or perhaps another family member) were rude to her after they started doing the treatment. The owner spoke with a loud and aggressive voice so she could shut up the customer and make a scene out of anything the customer would want to say. Her second staff (the older lady) dig her long acrylic nails into my partners head and now she has marks all over her scalp. Overall a really traumatising experience - If it wasnt for the time she had taken off during her work day, she would have left in the middle of the treatment for sure.

I was recommended by a friend to see Winny and I love my hair! I am so happy with the style cut, foils and colour I have done when I visit the salon. My hair always looks and feels amazing afterwards. Winny and her team are professional, helpful and accommodating. I recommend also using the at home hair products as they have helped to keep my hair feeling healthy. Looking forward to my next visit!

Avoid this salon. My partner received the most disgusting, poor quality, hair cut of her life here.

She showed the hairdresser a photo of the hair style she desired. The hair dresser looked at it for less than 1 second and cut her hair with poor, inaccurate, cutting techniques.

The result is disgraceful. My partner is so upset and disappointed in her experience here. She is ashamed to be seen now. Her hair looks terrible.

What a lovely relaxing experience! Winny is a very good hairdresser and has a lovely friendly disposition.
My colour, shampoo, cut and blow dry was really very good. Much attention to detail and as a repeat customer- just as good as initial great experience.

Also Taylor did a manicure for me while my colour was working. Very impressive competent young woman. Manicure is the best I’ve had in a long time.
Will be a repeat customer for sure!
