If anyone need a help with Telstra I do recommend Suprim, from Telstra - Warringah Mall, so He was great! He has a very good knowledge about the products and helped me to swap my plan and clarify my all questions about products and services.

Me and my partner went in to both purchase a new phone and plan, Apar was so helpful and efficient in switching us to Telstra and setting up our new plans. We came in a few days later to finalise a few things and he was nothing but friendly and helpful in getting everything done and also helping us to trade in our old phones. Would highly recommend Apar at Telstra Brookvale. He was awesome

I walked in without an appointment, on a very busy day, but Steven served me very quickly and friendly. He answered all my questions and walked out with a new phone.

Had to make an appointment to see someone in store, gone are the days when you can just walk in. My issue regarding an order for a new phone was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thanks for your help guys.

Deepesh helped me with my buying a new handset for my landline, a query re my mobile plan and my husband’s mobile account on 29th September. My husband 90, has dementia and can’t fully use his phone, but it helps with photos and videos to keep him in touch with his loved ones from the Nursing Home. The service Deepesh provided was excellent, understanding and friendly. A 10/10 in every way! Kaye Karandonis

Ordered a new iPhone, and was told it would be ready on the 19th or 20th if not that week, its been three weeks, no call, no email or message.can't get through on the phone either.basically lied to by the sales team, he said they had stock in the back, but its reserved for the staff members and was worried he wouldn't be able to get one of the 3 they had in the back for actual customers, i asked if i could have one and he said "im afraid that i might not even get one, i will have to wait until tonight to see"

store is probably run worse than a 1970s ice cream shop in the desert. For a store that sells phones, its amazing that they dont know how to answer one when you call.

Service and is beyond disgusting. I came in to buy something then had to make an ‘appointment’ for 3 days later. Turn up, the same person who booked me in hadn’t actually booked Kevin. Another waste of my time. Spending my money and time elsewhere

This review is more for the company as a whole rather than this store itself, but that being said, I'd still give 0 stars if I could. Ben is the only reason Telstra gets even 1. For starters, Telstra stores seem to exist solely for sales and tech support. Their rigid corporate structure doesn't allow for any customer service let alone deviation from their step by step rulebooks. Every time I've gone in, they feign an attempt at customer service and take their sweet time to do so, only to come back sometimes after me waiting over 30 mins in the shop to tell me they can't do anything. After enough prodding, I finally get the team member to get Ben (the manager) who offered me a solution straight away. Why that took almost an hour I'll never know. After that however, there was still a customer service matter that needed resolving. I went in several times, each time I had to wait, only for them to come back and tell me there was nothing they could do but that they escalated the issue and would get back to me. 3 months later I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. In that time I've been dealing with customer service over the phone, but the fact that my matter was never followed up on by store staff or even so much as provided me with an update when they said they would speaks volumes about the culture at Telstra. Avoid like the plague, unless like me, you unfortunately need the regional coverage that only Telstra can offer.

Oh and as for Telstra head office, after 3 months of 0 progress on me getting over $1,000 returned to me (while they are still charging a monthly fee for a phone I had to buy outright) my case manager decided to close my case and wash his hands of it after me complaining about how long things were taking.

Smashed my phone right before christmas. Telstra managed to fit me in during a busy period and sorted all out. I Couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Lachie that was patient and knowledgeable, definitely went out of his way to help me.

Bought a new Samsung outright on Black Friday sales - 2 days later I couldn't send text messages they failed, people couldn't call me the first call failed, when I put my phone on speaker the person on the other end could not hear me talk.

Today I went back into Telstra to get it fixed, Asif was the team member that was able to go above and beyond to help fix multiple issues answer my questions and he even taught me new ways to test my phone at home.
Thank you Asif. Anyone going to Telstra ask for Leah or Asif they are the best!

I had the misfortune of dealing with Lianne from Telstra Warringah Mall. She tried to hide her obvious lack of knowledge by behaving extremity catty and unprofessional before delegating a task she clearly couldn't handle to someone else who was, luckily for me, much more capable. A very poor experience overall.

Also, I don't approve the new mandatory direct debit procedure Telstra has now implemented. We should still have the option to Bpay like before.
