35 Very poor customer service.
Was told there were 2 people in front of me and there is a 45 minute wait (outside, no waiting area) they will message when it's my turn. I left after an hour then an hour later I was told my turn was coming in 10 minutes.
Save yourself the time and stress and go online or another outlet.
Very rude female staff. They not given any clear information. Young man helps and kind. Overall Telstra service not filling customer needs regarding internet
I was served by a young chap by the name of Nicholas today. I went into Telstra Glendale to get a new number for a company phone and ended up walking out with what I came for in addition to a new friend through Nicholas.
Nicholas had an extremely warm personality and such an intoxicating level of customer service that I didn't want to stop chatting with him. Not sure who does the hiring for Telstra but this review goes out to both the hiring manager and Nicholas for the juicy Telstra experience I had today. Went into Tels-tra and walked out with a new Tels-bra.

Have had some bad experiences here in the past but our most recent experience here was a breath of fresh air. Lovely staff keen to help.
I got a Fitbit 5 in December. All was great until I had to do a factory on the Phone. From then on, I have spent the last 6 weeks attempting to have the Fitbit live chat. Unfortunately, I was at the point of returning the Fitbit However because I obtained it from Telstra, I should take it to them.
I visited Glendale and was impressed when I observed The Floor Manager skillfully manage a customer, who felt he had the right to get service instantly instead of accepting an allocated appointment time.
I was provided with a time later in the day. I did turn up late but was greeted and advised that I would have an appointment to review my problematic Fitbit. I was introduced to Axell, I was impressed by my time being assisted by Axell, it was evident that he had fantastic knowledge and was able to easily review and corrected the problems.
I have been involved with many technical support people that feel that it is more important for me to know just how smart they are. Axell had the capacity to understand the impact of several weeks of not being able to resolve the problems. It is tremendous to report that I now have a device that is performing so incredibly well.
The appointment restored my Fitbit and provided me with a memorable customer service. Daryl Holmes

Chloe's customer service is absolutely disgusting and has sent us to Vodafone instead.

Very dissatisfied; odd that you can’t even contact a telecommunications shop by phone. Left a message and they don’t bother to ring back. Zero stars…
Today 1st September 22. We were greeted then told to sit on the grey lounge till the first available person could help us. We sat while we watched 3 finish with their customers. One sat in front of a blank screen. Folding paper. The other kept looking over at us but no offer to help. Then the other decided to talk to the front person then walk off out of the shop. Time. 10.05am.disgusting

Rang this store to make an appointment many times with no answer left a message was told would be rang back that day still haven’t been contacted, bad service wouldn’t recommend
Last time I was here, I was ripped off by a worker, luckily telstra themselves sorted it out and the worker is no longer there, the management and staff now seem to be working hard at being upfront and courteous, including the follow up customer care calls
Attended this shop 11.30am on 25 February. The young lady that met with me some 2 minutes after entering the store was to busy interacting with a couple of males in the shop. They did not look like employees or customers but rather acquaintances. After explaining to her what I required she replied “you’ll have to buy a dongle and anyway there’s nobody here to help you. You’ll have to make an appointment and come back. ” Her customer service was non existent. Will shop elsewhere now
Unsure why you have to make an appointment to purchase something especially if I already have a Telstra account. Seems extremely antiquated way of doing business. I tried the online chat which was beyond slow. After 24h I still didn’t get and answer to a simple question. I tried to purchase online but received an error when trying to complete the process.
I have been trying for 6-8 weeks to book an appointment to buy a new phone.
Noone bothers to answer the call or returns the calls after NUMEROUS messages are left.
The recording says they value you call.pfft.if they did they A. Would answer the freakin call or B. Would return your freakin call.
Sale lost.

I've been trying to make an appointment to purchase a new iPhone. Message I've left two days ago has not been answered. The recorded message when I call says hold to purchase a new phone or leave a message. Neither options work. So I think Australia's largest telecommunication company need to fix their answering machine.
I do realise that everyone is busy at the moment after lock down but I am trying to make an appointment and do not want to buy on line. Can someone help me please.
