Arrived at 6: 45 to purchase a new phone and the store was closed early, traveled 40 minutes to get there and this is the respect they have for customers. Poor

Attended the Greenhills store and received poor customer service. I have 2 mobile plan only and my internet with Telstra, I attended the shop to use my points to purchase a phone charger, there were 3 staff members having casual conversations with each other, I was told I would have to come back in 45 min if I wanted to use my points but if I wanted to pay cash I could do it straight away.

The reason I pay a little extra to be with Telstra is for the convenience of store locations and customer service.

After a serious issue with my business account, Jacinda and Dan their friendly managers directed us to sit with a consultant the resolved everything seamlessly! Real top stuff guys, cheers

Absolutely useless staff and takes forever to get to talk to them. Jacob, Beth and all the crew at this store have no idea what they are doing or fix any issues for their customers. They give up easily as soon as there is any minor inconvenience. I have waited over 2 weeks for them to call me back with any updates. No one wants to take responsibility for anything and they refuse to get their manager or anyone else involved. 0 star

TELESTRA GREEN HILL STORE
Wanted book myself in for the following day and they said that I didn't need to, but all I had to do was to walk in.so the following day I asked half day off at work and walked in as they said and they told me: can't attend u, come back another day. The 2 girls in there that I spoken to were extremely rude and indifferent to my me and the situation that telestra created. Someone with some green hairs called Angelina i think, and another one called Jacinta, that first she said she was the manager in charge of the store, then she said she wasn't. Honestly, im cancelling my contract with them mainly because of those 2 girls. This feedback will be followed bya formal complaint letter against them.

Issue with eSim activation. Attended store and Daniel was an amazing help. Clarified issue with online order completion. In and out in 5 minutes.

Update

Spoke with support team and got my online order complete. I rushed back at 4.58 and Daniel served me again. Provisioned a Sim on the spot. Very happy customer

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I have asked numerous times for someone to help me with my account yet I am met with excuses everytime. Both Beth and Jacob the store manager have given me nothing but grief. I cannot recommend using Telstra at all.

Unwilling to help, not even an attempt to try. May as well have dealt with a call centre. Drove to the next nearest Telstra store and had issue resolved within 5mins.

These guys portrayed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The young boy who was “helping” me was extremely rude and lacked basic human interaction and social skills.
They couldn’t provide me with any guarantee that a product would work, let alone an option to return if it didn’t.
I walked out in disgust, and walked straight into the Optus shop across the hall, where I was greeted with smiles, brilliant customer service and impressive product knowledge. I walked out with the product that I wanted and as a new, happy Optus customer!
This Telstra store’s horrible customer service lost themselves a customer today. I will never be going into that store again and will be changing all my services to Optus.

My experience at Telstra East Maitland was fantastic, the consultant who helped me out (Ang) provided me with multiple options, and despite having to wait an hour the service that I received was phenomenal!

I have been with Telstra since 1968 when it was called PMG, being a loyal customer you would think that I could at least purchase a phone and have my SIM card transferred to my new phone. About two weeks ago I went to Greenhills Telstra shop and had to wait two hours to purchase a phone, finally was seen to by a young female, I ask for my old phone SIM card to be transferred to my new phone. After quiet a while everything was right to go I asked, so it is set up that I can use it now. Answer was yes. Arrived home, nothing had been done. Four days went by trying to connect my new phone that is my communication with the outside world, my alarm clock and everyone of my contacts are on this SIM card. My photos can access nothing. When I wet back I was told I would have to wait 3 1/2 hours or come back tomorrow 1/8/22 at 4 pm. Not good enough. Terribly disappointed in the lack of service with Telstra and the arrogance of the male at front counter at Greenhills store. Biggest mistake I made in purchasing new phone.

Terrible call service. Absolutely impossible to get hold of them to talk about why my internet is slow. Also why I can no longer connect to my internet after turning it off and on again and reset it to fix original issue

I am disgusted with how I was treated on the phone when all I want is my internet working. They "couldn't" help me out with any information with my account that I opened up with them at the Greenhills store. Wouldn't re-send me an email invoice of last month's bill. The girl I was on the phone to did not care about us as a customer at all, she didn't care if we left or stayed with Telstra.
