Great service and helpful couldn't fault them the staff were very helpful in doing their job but there products not with the modem so had to buy one from Bunnings but had to go back to Telstra on the Monday to do other things and staff were still great

My Husband Had A Terrible Time Yesterday with a rude man At Raymond Terrace Telstra shop yesterday I don't know his name but he was a heavy tattooed man

So we cancelled my husband's contract with Telstra and signed up with Optus

It states when calling the store that they will call you the same day. The store is closed now and no phone call back. What a joke.
I have emailed the store as suggested in your reply but still no response.
Store finally rang me back and a family member answered the phone but the store rep couldn't wait 30 seconds to get to the phone and told my family member that I would have to callthe store again. I did this and left a message and what do you know no call back. Need more staff and someone do deal with phone calls. Nothing has changed, still a joke.

Been sitting here since 1.30 1 oerson was helped with one worker available another couple been here same time with appointment we are in a queue not happy telstra

I've been twice I have had the pleasure of meeting 2 staff members
1st was Jesse
2nd Was Sam
They both are a credit to the store and both showed me and worked through my concerns and I was more than delighted with the attention I got as they both are very lovely staff

Website says open hours on Sunday are 10am to 4pm even the fron of the store says the same arrived to the store at 245pm Sunday afternoon and the store was closed

Telstra Raymond Terrace is a good place for getting mobile phone updated friendly staff willing to help when I do things on my phone that I don't know how to fix it always willing to help customers i give them 100% in service. Mark

Hopeless. Hoped to walk in and book kept waiting 20min then told have to make appt online and only available next day tried and nothing and so called store left message no one got back.

Always thought that Telstra Raymond Terrace was the best until they closed their sister store at Salamander Shopping centre.
Tried to get an appointment by walk in.no you can have one the next day at 4.00 pm. So we booked it.all we wanted was 2 new mobile phones so we booked it and then my husband went in today to check if we could go earlier in the day and they told him we were not booked in at all.

So we will go to Kotara.lets hope we have better luck there

Sold my father a Apple Watch as my dad has seizures. It was to alert us when he is home alone and he has a seizure. It was faulty from the get go. They have sent it off to get repaired. My parents have asked for it to be replaced as it’s faulty and brand new, Telstra Raymond terrace refused. Now whilst waiting for the watch to be returned he had a seizure whilst home alone and now is hospitalised. It’s a brand new product and faulty yet can’t be replaced. We are appalled! And will be getting consumer affairs involved.

I have always had a positive experience, until today. The lady was very rude and practically kicked me out when I was asking a simple question that would have taken 5 minuets to organise. What's even worse, the Telstra man on the phone asked me to go into the store! A complaint will be made in store as I have now made an appointment.

Most telecommunication Employees, sales assistants, dont get a good rap these days. We had an appointment today, and as luck would have it Kristen got us as customers. We are technology challenged older folk, the jargon they talk, is another language, and quite daunting, but an hour and a half later all sorted. Well almost, Kristen is my new best friend, and I'm sure she'll have the privilege of my friendship again soon. But in this very busy world where most people don't give each other the time of day, Kristen went above and beyond what is expected of her, So just want to say Thanks Kristen you turned something that was very stressful for us into a nice experience. Telstra is lucky to have you.

Telstra Raymond Terrace you should be very proud of yourselves to have such helpful pleasant & knowledgeable young girls and boys willing and able to problem solve not one but two problems I had with my new phone over two separate days. These young tigers and Tiger ladies not only solved and corrected the problems I got myself into in no time flat but showed me a trick or two to save me some grief in the future. Telstra management double thumbs up to these young ones and there can do and willing attitude. As I mentioned to them at different times that there generation are going to save our planet before we blow it up. I would appreciate these young folk get some proper recognition for there happy helpful can do attitude. You got some switched on young persons there. Please don't lose them they are your real assets too

Always willing to help, very friendly staff. We have had some issues getting pre paid up and running, the staff here have the time and patience to work through any issue until it is fully sorted. Thankyou!

Came in to enquire about a phone upgrade. Had Thomas to help me. Could not ask for a better person as I’ve been going to Telstra at Raymond terrace for 8 years and I can see he is the best person that has served me. Very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out when he didn’t need to. Every time I go there I will definitely be asking for Thomas again.
