Bad experience. Sales representatives had no idea about their products and provided false information which resulted in delay of starting my business. Lack of responses to emails and failure to hold responsibility for their actions. I would give zero star if I could. Would never deal with Telstra Business again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO SMALL BUSINESS
Huge issues resolved with our business phones last minute on friday afternoon.
The team jumped onto it and went above and beyond to get us back up and running.

Zero customer service. They don’t even have time to help me out to fix an app issue even having 4 corporate business accounts. Not recommended.

You pay a higher price for services from the business store than you do through the Telstra website or app, then on top of that nobody in the store can ever actually help you anyway, and they just refer you to call the main telstra support number.

This is just a franchise just marking up Telstra services and offering no additional benefits in return.

We were experiencing an issue and couldn't find a solution until we came across Thomas from the Service Team. Thomas was very helpful in finding a timely and good outcome to our issue. The quality of Thomas' communication and his diligence in reaching a positive outcome were exceptional. We strongly recommend Telstra Business Technology Centre North Sydney.

Terrific service and knowledge. I spoke with Telstra technical support 12 times over the phone and no one could figure out why my call forward was not working. I spoke with Ahmed at the North Sydney branch, he was super helpful and persistent in getting my business phone issues resolved. He stayed with it and got it sorted within the first phone call, all in the space of 10-15 minutes. What a legend!

I was recently looking to purchase a new Iphone13 Pro. I had been in contact with VK from Telstra Business Tech Centre, Nth Sydney. VK was able to explain the phone hardware details and also the Telstra plans.
VK managed to sort out my plan and have the new phone ready for me to collect on the same day! I was amazed at how quick and easy the whole process was. Thanks VK

VK from Telstra has been been very helpful in assisting our company to change service providers to Telstra. It was not an easy task as we had multiple phones that had to be moved over at different times. VK was extremely professional and helpful in making the transition to Telstra smooth and easy.

I lost my phone, which I use for business, on Friday afternoon and urgently needed a new sim activated to enable me to continue to use the original phone number in my new phone. Bella Bray and her team at the North Sydney Business Technology Centre were fantastic and organised the sim for me within a few hours. Flawless service.

After speaking with numerous people in a vary of branches both in person & over the phone with a stressful situation regarding a bill, I finally got onto Ahmed via phone conversation.
After been run through a maze of dead ends, he so effectively helped me along with my concerns and actually took the time out to hear / question me about the problems I had.

He’s customer service was second to none & hugely appreciated and finally felt that I was on the right track to getting this issue finalised.

Massive thank you & glad I know where to go / call if the Situation was to arise in the future.

For the first few months i tried contacting Telstra, i was met with resistance, i was transferred, put on hold, told the incorrect information and disregarded.

I finally came across Jasmine McCrudden who has just gone above and beyond, she followed up with the correct teams for me, she has always been able to take my teams calls and answer our questions, she has provided us with such good service that is rarely seen in this industry that i am just blown away.

From emails to phone, she is always quick with her replies and extremely polite, friendly and knowledgably.

There needs to be more people like Jasmine McCrudden in Telstra because she single handily prevented the cancellation of my account without knowing and i just wonder how many other times this has happened where people haven't spoken up.

I would like to post 4.5 stars but couldn't work out how to post
The contact at Telstra was Hash Imran
The initiative came from Telstra to review the largest component of my Telstra usage
This resulted in savings to me with additional benefits which obviously I am happy with the result
Whilst other services that I use from Telstra do not form part of Hash's remit he followed up and was able to explain to me all the various services which are provided in 3 locations - all of which have different needs. Internet, Data sims for lifts and remote security and mobile services etc
I now fully understand the various services and charging
A great experience and a service level that is not often provided
I hope Telstra rewards you at your next review

My experience with the North Sydney Telstra Business Centre was very easy and user friendly. Jasmine Mccrudden was the most patient and obliging manager to deal with. I highly recommend her! Jasmine was very clear with her advice and the directions of what would suit our business requirements best.
