Amazing personal service that makes everything easy and avoids waiting for hours on hold on the phone. Massive thanks to Sania who went far above and beyond to help me, and Mel for her extensive knowledge. Couldn’t recommend visiting this store enough if you have any Telstra problems that need fixing.

Awful experience. Staff in the store were great but Telstra's policies are dreadful. Bought a new Iphone 14, outright payment of $1400. Went to return the unopened phone the next day to find out they have a "no change of mind policy". No cooling off periods! I don't know if this is on all of their goods, e.g accessories, but what a terrible policy to have in place for the consumer. I'm a customer with Telstra for over 8 years and they wont do anything for me. Will be cancelling my contract with them after this appalling service.

Zero Stars. You can blame staffing issues, you can blame covid, but this place is operated by low level fraudsters who hide behind a corporate set of terms and conditions.

I have now on three occasions had wrongful or incorrect items added to contracts with zero authority given by myself and now on three occasions Telstra have had to refund me and admit fault.

Watch out or head next door to Vodafone.

Actively mislead and call police on their customers, deliberately seek to draw out and waste customers time, will never call back, make false promises, use threatening and physically intimidating posture, are personally affronted by service expectations, call police on customers seeking refunds, replacements or resolution. Police refuse to act as telstra bouncers.court action underway.

Tried to give zero stars. Extremely rude and aggressive to me last year when I needed their help, wouldn't respond to me on the phone and the phone they sold me broke after a year. They wouldn't help replace it. Dont bother. Use T mobile or optus instead.

Tried to make a booking at the Warriewood store and was told that there were no bookings needed. Got there and they told me there were too many people in the queue and to come back tomorrow. Frankly Telstra has gone down hill and make it near impossible to change anything because you have to go into a store that has next to no appointments and when time slots are actually available they don’t book you in.

I would have given the store a zero rating if possible as the service is abysmal. I arranged through the store to transfer some accounts from my business to a personal account over thirten weeks ago and was told it would take three weeks. In recent weeks I have visited the store on multiple occasions and left with a promise of a call to update me. They have failed to do so each time. These promises were made by various staff and the manager

Visited Warriewood Square and told to wait and come back in an hour, I came back in a hour and told they can't help as closing soon and to book an appointment for the next day, booked an appointment for the next day, middle of the morning so it impacted my work, waited, and was told they can't help as my wife is the primary account holder even though I am on the account, my email address is the primary email address and I pay all the BILLS! Absolutely shocking and highly disappointed

I've been twice to this shop, and twice was the same terrible experience. The first time, I was told to wait 20mins when I arrived. In the end, I waited 1 hour. After an hour, the customer service guy suggested to use their land phone to call the infamous, catastrophic Telstra call centre to see if they can solve my issue over the phone. After 1 hour of phone conversation, problem was partly solved.

Today, I was told to wait 30mins. After 45mins of waiting, absolutely nothing changed in the shop: the same customers were sitting in the same place, waiting for something to happen. I just left.

Telstra, you're supposed to be a premium brand. Match it with an appropriate customer service please.

Terrible service, waited for 20min for someone to acknowledge me in store, and ended up walking out with no service and very angry.
I was told when I signed up to Telstra they would offer free glass screen protectors when I provide my mobile number to prove that I have a Telstra account.
They then said today that they do not do that and I need to sign in to be added to the que even though I was the first one in there and waited for 20min to then end up walking out with no service.
Would not recommend anyone bothering to go to this store

The Telstra representative Manoj that looked after me was prompt, informed and helpful.

Worst Telstra Store! Went into to get a new phone. Simple task as Telstra is a telecommunications service provider. But no! Been in 5 subsequent times with 0 progress made. Apparently a problem with their system on my specific account. Got told the manager (Adian) would contact me "next week". That was 5 weeks ago! Absolutley shocking service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Not impressed with Telstra (non corporate sales office). Directed to Woolworths to purchase new Sim card and needed to go online to set up account.
I was looking at transferring my phone number back to Telstra (still with non telstra provider).

I arrived from avalon at 3.47 having rushed from home as the internet said the store closed at 4.00 pm. I could see the workers just sitting in back office and when i phoned i was advised store was closed. Mine was a simple request for a new sim card as my old one didnt fit into new phone. When the staff came out at 4.00 pm i was told they close at 3.45. So why does the internet site say it closes at 4. Service is obviously not a high priority for this shop. Very unhappy customer

Able to help when I wasn't able to get internet working and helped with a plane that worked, very helpful and polite several times over weeks to resolve

They are biggest scamsters and part of Vita Group. All they want to do it sell you plans. No customer service. If something doesn't make money they won't do it. For eg Activating Prepaid. Especially guy called Aswad. Absolute disgrace.
