I absolutely love Tekniq. Dee and her trainers are fantastic. The variety of classes and the Tekniq community keep my workouts exciting, and the gym access is excellent. It's a perfect blend for achieving fitness goals in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

Studio Tekniq changed my life. With such a safe and empowering community it’s no suprise that I lost 20kg, gained a lot of confidence and was able to feel a home away from home. Dee who owns and coaches at STekniq will be your biggest cheerleader and it makes all the difference!

Dee and her team of trainers are AMAZING! The group sessions in the studio and outdoors are fun and challenging. I also incorporate strength training by using the gym which has some great equipments.

Studio Tekniq is not your average gym. Dee has really done well in creating a non judgemental, friendly environment. All coaches are knowledgeable and appeoachable. Amenities are clean

I started with Tekniq outdoor training 4 years ago and continued when Dee opened the studio. Dee and her dedicated team always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The trainers help you to achieve your goals big or small. The studio offers state of the art equipment and I love training amongst a great community of people who have a passion for health and fitness. I can't recommend studio Tekniq enough to whoever is wanting to make changes to their health both mind and body.

Amazing trainers and community. I love training at TekniQ and I am also enjoying PT with Alessandro. He has really been pushing me but at the same time he’s been focussing on improving my technique which has been really beneficial during classes.

I attended many of the classes over few months, it has been an excellent experience and great workout, it's a very positive environment to workout and the vibes are great, highly recommended to get fit.

Joined not long ago and have had the best experience since. Has everything you need for whatever your goals are, and the owner genuinely cares about her members. Highly recommend.
