Do not leave Leura until you visit this stunning shop. The shopping is equal to anything in any country in the world. I have been to Italy, Paris and England, but nothing compares in leather or jewellery. I use my wallet daily, the leather hasn’t a mark, nor do my handbags or briefcase. Yes, I live in Leura, but totally love and recommend this shop.

Having a good and large range of socks near the entrance, was all that was needed to buy more. Lovely staff and even told me where the best macadamia brownie could be found in Leura - without any prompting!

My latest experience with the team has been amazing as always. Alex was very patient in answering all my enquiries even though it was already past 10pm at night. He followed up with exactly what he said he would with me the next day, which, in my experience, not.many people would. Wanted to buy 1 jacket as a present, ended up getting 2. Purchased lunchtime on Thursday (25th March), I got it delivered to me lunchtime Friday. Kaitlin was also a gem! I forgot to tell her to label which one is which (as I opted for the jackets to be wrapped), before opening the parcel, I asked her again if there's a way for me to tell so I don't have to open the wrapping. She told me she went ahead and did this even without me asking. Talk about excellent customer service. Ever since I stumbled upon their shop in Leurah a few years ago, so far I've purchased 1 wallet, 1 jacket, 2 messenger bags, 2 overnight bags, and now 2 more jackets from them. Would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Amazing, friendly and thoughtful service. Their jackets are like nothing I've seen elsewhere and are very reasonably priced for their quality. They even organised a custom order for me to get a perfectly fitted one.

I have purchase in this store when I’ve been in Leura. I have just made 2 online purchases and the experience was so easy and smooth. One of the staff contacted me about one of the items I ordered because the colour of the wallet wasn’t available. They offered to put it on back orders or I could choose another colour. I chose the later. The items were dispatched immediately and I received them 2 days later. The presentation of the leather Men’s satchel and wallet and the wrapping reminded me of how parcels were wrapped in years gone by. I highly recommend this retailer and ilm certainly be a returning customer.
