Friendly and professional team who went above and beyond to help me out when I thought I had lost years of precious memories. By far the best and most reasonably priced repair shop in all of Newcastle. Couldn’t recommend Denis and the team enough.

Fixed my ipad within 2 hours. It was the cheapest quote that I could find. The finish on the product was flawless and is still is in perfect condition 6 months later. Excellant service. Will be a returning customer with recommendations to others.

Decided to get my Samsung 21+ back glass screen replaced before i went on a month vacation, here they were able to do a cheaper price for me which I was very happy about and staff were nice it's after i left when I realised the glass hasn't been put on properly and the top lens is practically falling out when I went to clean it. I got told a have a 6 month warranty for it which I'll be coming back for to claim after my trip is over, now I get to worry my lens will fall out over the duration of my trip cause it's wasn't done properly. I am quite annoyed and upset

Charged an elderly relative $40 to do a data transfer from old phone to new phone (so didn't even need their own equipment, just had to use the phone's own processes) and they didn't even do it properly (Missed the Whatsapp chat history + other data she asked them to transfer over). Would not recommend at all

After a nightmare experience at a different shop these guys took extra care in making sure the screen protector fit correctly, worked with my otterbox case, and reassured me on the warranty that covered and bubbles or lifting as a result of their installation. Pricier than I was expecting but you really do get what you pay for. The quality of product and service is fantastic.
