I can't say enough good things about this gym! The unique boutique atmosphere sets it apart, creating an ambience that's both inviting and exclusive. The cleanliness is impeccable, thanks to the dedicated staff who ensure every corner sparkles. The latest equipment makes every workout enjoyable and effective. But what truly seals the deal for me is the friendly staff who go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. It definitely contribute to my commitment to returning to the gym 5-6 days a week, a stark contrast to my previous habit. This gym has certainly become my fitness home!

Teambros staff are very friendly.
I wanted to use the Technogym machine for a long time. I am very satisfied with the techno’s machines.
Teambro has all the gym gears which is a good environment for beginners to try them out.
The Techno machine they use It’s so luxury.and even the dryer is luxury too.
They have whole range of cardio. The cardio come with internet access so you can enjoy YouTube and Netflix while you do cardio.

Teambros fitness Epping is the best gym I have been to. The gym is always clean and I love how they have the latest equipment to get a good workout. Plus the Linda and the staff are really friendly and always willing to help out to reach our goals. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals.

Been training with Pitt Lim for 6 weeks now and have learnt so much about optimum weight training techniques to support my cardio training. I've lost 6kgs already and am training 6 days per week for the 1st time in my life.
Pitt has inspired me to keep going and make permanent healthy lifestyle choices.

A very spacious gym with a supportive, professional team. They all care and are a postive, passionate group of people.

Great hygiene/clean, nice lighting and a welcoming community!
There is a variety of machines, and the bonus of great music always being played.

If you want to hit your fitness goals, this is an environment that will get you in the zone to reach, and surpass your expectations, for real.

I have been a member of TeamBros fitness for few months now, and I must say this gym surpasses all others I've tried and is by far the best in Sydney!

The gym is really well equipped from Technogym and offers world-class experience. Easy to use, niche tech, scientifically designed to hit the target. Cardio never gets bored as it has many videos/ routines where you can follow and do it mindfully!

I liked skillrun treadmill - never used anything like that before anywhere:) you can sled yo!

Gym staff are really welcoming and always smiling:) :) they make you feel very comfortable from day one. The other thing stands out is how clean and tidy it is kept.

Team Bros is an excellent gym which stands out from many different gyms I have went to. It offers a luxurious facility, outstanding staff, and its top of the line gym equipment.

The gym is easily accessible as it is located near the station, making it convenient for individuals who rely on public transport.
The gym is also staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees who provide excellent support to their members.

With its well maintained large range of premium machines and comfortable environment, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

As I put weights on during the pandemic, I visited few gyms to look for the right place where could motivate myself to acheive my goal and felt lucky to find “Teambros”. As soon as I walked in, the staff welcomed me and provided the decent tour which made me feel that it was the place I was looking for. I was impressed with various range of the equipment and the hygenic environment on my firsit visit. Their top class environment has motivated me to go and exercise on regular basis.

My husband and I also feel previleged to meet Pitt as a personal trainer who has supported us with acheiving the goal. Without him, we would’ve not been able to enjoy the journey!

Based on the experience, I would like to recommend Teambros Epping to anyone who’s looking for a gym!

Actually, there is something special about this Fitness club. To start exercising, you will need motivation to move your body away from your current daily routine. Han and the TeamBros will lead you to your goal. When you hesitate, they will help you exercise. Han, as a personal trainer, helped me work out at Gym (when I really needed to do some workout) a long time ago and is now helping me again. He will also guide you to control your mind to continue doing it. They will always be there for you.

Best GYM period. Best in the neighborhood. West Ryde gym is good, but the Epping gym is on another level. Worth every dollar of the membership. The staff are super friendly and professional and not intrusive. Top-end gym equipments, extremely clean (and new) and well maintained.

I registered as soon as I heard about the opening of the teambros at Epping. Close to home, good equipment and friendly coaches made me exercise for a long time. They are all actively managing and giving continuous advice on exercise.

Recently joined Team Bros Epping and can only give all my praise for such a clean, luxurious and overall friendly gym. Pitt has been an amazing PT so far. Definitely getting my moneys worth as the PT session doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. He has been checking in constantly outside of the gym to track my progress and thus getting me closer to achieving my fitness goals.

This gym has amazingly friendly and polite staff coupled with a clean modern look.

The gym has been kept in tip-top condition since its opening and they continually look for ways to improve, whether it is from adding additional equipment or installing additional fans for the convenience of their members. Highly recommended!

Teambros Epping is a luxurious gym with high quality facilities and a tight, genuine team of staff- going into the gymspace makes you feel that you have properly invested in your fitness, with clean facilities, LED lights and a gold/wood interior that’s really aesthetic and perfect for gym pics. Their personal trainers are also very accredited and hold many years of experience and achievement in the field, and I specifically thank Trainer Han for his detailed and personalized teaching every session. I think he doesn’t just invest his time into helping you achieve your highest physical potential, but also into coaching and giving sincere advice about the mindset that goes behind achievement, whether that is in fitness or just life. I’ve learnt more than just about my fitness during our sessions, and I thank you for that!

Honestly I highly recommend Team Bros if you are looking for a gym to workout or either looking for a professional personal trainer that you want to work with. I’m a teenager girl who was looking for a gym that also has a professional personal trainer and I was recommended by many people around me that Team Bros is a very nice place. I’m telling you I don’t regret the decision. I had a depth consultation with one of the brothers that own the company and explained the things very detailing in a way that you can understand. He showed me around and my first impressions were that the environment of the gym is really clean, luxury and well taken care of. Usually your local gym for example fitness first isn’t a bad gym but things can improve. When I’ve been to local gyms the smell of the place is unpleasant but at Team Bros they really take care of their gym and it smells very fresh. The price of Team Bros isn’t the most affordable but it is worth it if you think about all the equipments that are good quality as well as the environment. So if you are looking for a gym, Team Bros is the place that will suit you so as everybody else.

Teambros Epping is the best gym in Sydney! I’ve subscribed to multiple gyms in the past, but I’ve never been to one this clean. Their equipment is also top notch and their staff are the nicest. Shout out to the gym manager, Linda, for being so accomodating during my sign up. You can tell that they really prioritise and think about the needs of gym goers. Thanks Teambros:)
