2 Starting my journey at TEAM PSI was probably one of the best decisions I ever took so far. After 4 months MY STRENGTH in lifts went up, improved muscle mass and fitness, improved my eating habits, have more energy, sleep better, and especially every single health parameter has greatly improved since the start of the program.
The whole team is great, but kudos go especially to my trainer Puneet - without a doubt the best one by far that I ever worked with: he’s extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and manages to strike a perfect balance between pushing for higher goals, putting always health first, keeping motivation high, and upholding discipline along the journey. It would have been absolutely impossible to achieve the same results without him.
