One of the best bubble tea places by far. Lives up to the craze and even though the lines are long, this is no issue at all as the service is so incredibly fast. There are so many different flavors and mixtures of teas - tempted to try the whole menu. Love that it is lactose free milk too!

Great bbt which lets you customize how you like your drink; has 1/8 sweetness option which is the first I've seen. Got the sunrise oolong two days in a row, but found day two was not as fragrant as day one but still nice. $7.50 for large with pearl as I was by myself didn't get the discount for buying two.

Hands down the best tea place ever (been a regular customer here for over 4 years). You can see that they use actual tea leaves/spices and they have the most unique selection of teas compared to the likes of Chatime, Gongcha, Sharetea and other bubble teashops which are all generic/lower quality shiz. My go-to at this place is the Elysium tea (formerly China Sweetie). Give this place a shot and you will be hooked forever and you will prefer TS Express over all other tea shops.

The tea here is one of the nicer much more perfected tea and milk tea stores in Sydney. They are quiet fast and consistent.

Today they were exceptionally fast, as I only two staff members everytime I go. I feel bad as you see them vigorously shake the barista/cocktail shaker that their viens are easily visible from the waiting area, and making a drink about every 5sec, each.

They even had a consistent line of about 5-10ppl despite the super short waiting time (notically faster than *fast food* chains like McDonalds and KFC). Having worked at a restaurant before, and currently working near a well-known bubble tea store, TS Express is very quick, especially knowing there are two workers.

The teas I've tried aren't too overpowering and are well balanced. However, I have had slight incorrect orders from here before. I believe it was due to miscommunication, as the flavours were correct, but the sugar levels were wrong. But today, and the previous order were both correction.

I just wished the ordering had a bit more communication, and I feel like the writting on the cup is a bit difficult to understand sometimes, or when they have to recorrect how many cups in an order. I hope they could use a POS system (however, I know some POS systems are very messy to navigate). It will also help customers to confirm their orders if there is a screen for the customer to confirm - that means you wouldnt have to waste time repeating an order.

I hope all goes well and hope it gets easier soon!

There is always a line for this place and I do not blame it. Well worth the wait for a quality drink. They use actual tea leaves, not the powered form. You can taste the difference. They have this deal with buying 2 two drinks to reduce the price, therefore less expensive than other places. After ordering, the wait time to receive the drinks wasn't too long in fact quite efficient. By far one of the best boba tea stores in Sydney.

The best milk tea flavours and pearls! The staff are amazingly fast and efficient, watching them work always amazes me, there’s always 2 staff but they handle everything so fast and well. Keep it up!

Great tea place, with a range of tea choices and good pricing. Paid $5.50 per drink with 1 free topping when I bought two drinks during Sunday outing. There was a long line, but the service was super super quick and best tea drink I’ve had!

THEIR BROWN RICE MILK TEA IS SO FRICKEN GOOD. I am surprised how quick and efficient they are despite being always busy with so little staffs.

My favourite bubble tea store by far. Always new favours with creative combinations. As someone who grew up drinking bubble tea and Chinese tea, I can tell this store uses the best quality tea leaves out of all the bubble tea stores I’ve tried over the years.

The deals are also really good value for money which is an added bonus. The packaging is also beautiful and changes regularly which is a novelty that I look forward to as part of the experience here. The service is really efficient even though the lines are always long.

I have been visiting this place for over 10 years, they are good value and their tea is actually made from good quality tea leaves.

Favourite Tea Shop! A great selection of bubble and herbal teas to choose from! Also very affordable-you get two large size teas for under $10.

Tried this place because it looks busy. Their milkteas are more like milk and pearls.
At least I know their drinks not for me.

This was my first time trying their ice tea. Their staff were very friendly helping me to find a beverage for me.
Their tea tastes pretty fresh.

Charged $9.5 for one tea latte and one tea (extra 50 cents for tea latte). The staff confirmed twice after we ordered. Once we open the tea latte one, it turns out to be tea only. Was good before. Won’t come back again.

Massive price rise! I swear last time I was here it was 2 drinks for $6,50c for extra toppings. Now it's 2 drinks for $9? Everyone who orders tea will obviously choose to get one topping in their drink which makes each drink $5, a very standard price everywhere. Except now you're forced to buy 2 drinks instead of one. Good that at least now they accept card, but they do charge a surcharge fee.

Great milk tea, still on the cheaper side for 2 for $9 or $10 with toppings, really strong tea flavour:)
