Stumbled across this hidden gem in Ultimo and could not have had a better experience. Excellent service, wide range of teas and pleasant staff made this such a lovely experience. Highly recommend checking out if you are in the area.

Exceptional cafe. Loved their sorbet and iced tea, the ambience is so chilled and it’s the perfect inner city spot to relax and cool down this summer.

Amazing ambience and delicious tea. The Chai, lemon myrtle and pina calada sorbet was an absolute hit as well. They serve it from a wooden pallet which is liquid nitrogen cooled. The lychee rose and peach and pineapple ice teas were incredible too, as there is peach gum at the bottom.
100% worth the visit to enjoy a wonderful cuppa and ice cream this spring and summer.

Absolute hidden gem that’s opened recently. Serves all their tea freshly brewed, has fresh Kombucha from tap and has cakes and tarts. You can also buy a wide variety of loose tea from here.

I got a freebie from Tea Life once to try out. Wasn't expecting too much, so I added a bit extra tea in the infuser. This was a pleasant mistake because I was blown away by the potency and flavour of the tea! I remember it clearly because my heart was racing with the intensity (or maybe the caffeine hit) and I loved it! Tea Life truly embodies what is great about tea and sharing with friends. Cheers

Amazing customer service! Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to teas, and have a wide selection, including some trickier to find herbals. The new space at Ultimo is awesome and worth the visit! Mobility aid and wheelchair users should, however, note multiple floors with no elevator access (that I spotted - heritage listed building).

Their space in Ultimo is a very nice and pleasant place to sit down and sip on new teas. The owner is super friendly, we’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. Their teas are such high quality. Fragrant and delicious. Seal packed in opaque foil snap lock bags that keep them clean and fresh till the last cup. They have a great range of both classic favourites and exciting new blends. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Even if you are giving up on caffeine or cannot drink tea for other reasons, their herbal range is exquisite!

I have been drinking the marigold and rose petals each night and have had the best sleep and it has done wonders for my skin too! Just as they recommended! Amazing!

I really LOVE "Tea Life". They have become my go-to for tea, both medicinal and the regular ole' cuppa at the end of the day. I also like to give tea as a gift; in today's clutter clearing phenomenon, I believe a gift that can can used is a much more thoughtful option for the home as well as the planet. I love that "Tea Life" has organic choices, they are super quick at delivering, and will go out of their way to find tea if it is not in stock. With my recent order, Toby the owner, went out of his way to find some tea that wasn't available at the time. Definitely premium service to the usual on-line experience. He was super nice, attentive, and extremely quick at making my wishes come true. As I said, I really LOVE "Tea Life".

Very dissapointed tried ordering tea but out of stock after waiting for months and payed in advance the tea was in stock. My order never arrived! After questioning ir it somehow wA sent back to company.given a refund which is not what I wanted just wanted my tea! Tried to reorder and it's out of stock again.do not care about their customers what so ever very dissapointed

Must admit I like the tea's.great variety.don't like making 2 separate orders and being charged delivery for both orders only to have them arrive in 1 package.should only be charged for 1 delivery.this has happened on 2 occasions now

I had some difficulties.mine not theirs.and questions. Everything was sorted promptly with an added sweetener thrown in. Now that's how you do business. Ill be back.

Bought some tea from here and its fantastic can't drink anything else. Partlike the Sore throat and lung recovery. Going to try more now

I love their tea, especially strawberry gum and french earl grey.and their customer service is really good, gonna buy more next time when my stock is gone. ^^
