12They don't bother leaving Airbnb reviews for renters. Airbnb hosts base their criteria for renting upon reviews. Unprofessional.
We've used TGRE for holiday bookings for several years now. Always pleasant to deal with. Sam always helpful.properties we've stayed at have been great and well priced and they were reasonably responsive when little issues came up.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's always a smooth transition when dealing with them. Great holiday rentals available around the local area. We will be back.see you soon Teagardens R/E
Covid restrictions prevented me from travelling to an AirBnB house administered by Tea Gardens Real Estate today (24 June). I imagined that I'd done my dough, or would get a credit at best, but I was offered a refund and it appeared immediately. And beyond that, the bloke I talked to seemed very pleasant. So many thanks TGRE and I will actively try to send my business your way in the future.

Tea gardens real estate has an easy booking system online. The staff were very helpful & friendly when I came to pick up the keys. Telephone service was ok but I was told twice that someone would call me back from the rentals team & the calls weren't returned. The property we rented was great, clean, comfortable, spacious, as advertised. We thought it was good value & enjoyed our stay. Thank you
We have been using TGRE for many years for our holiday rentals. Our experiences have always been fabulous. Easy to book, the staff are so friendly helpful. I hope covid doesn't take another casualty.
Disgusting property. So dirty and dusty hadnt been cleaned in a long time.smelt like mould. Had ants and not dusted. Was freezing with one little heater which did not heat the whole place.the tv cords all dangling everywhere and over filled the extension board which was a huge hazard.unsafe for children as well as the heater. After 1 person showers the hot water runs out. Told real estate but they were rude and inconsiderate. Said they would send a plumbed that never happened. Would never recommend this company ever to anyone. Dont deserve peoples money. They even had half a toilet roll of paper that was all they provided. No bath mat no nothing. Also said they supply blankets but was thin as anything. Lucky brought extra blankets. Rubbish property and rubbish people
DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT - The Real Estate agent has refused to refund our money (paid in full) when we had to cancel due to the Covid 19 travel restrictions. They will not answer emails and the phone number has been disconnected. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.
Horrible experience. Property we rented had massive cockroaches everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom (one came out of my make up bag I left on the counter) and bedroom! My daughter woke up with a cockroach in her hair! Not only that, I woke up with bed bugs - bites on my belly. Their response was unacceptable. Was told the property we were at was leased for 6 weeks prior with no complaints about pests? Seriously? That's the response? As for the bed bugs, she tried to place the onus back on me about not bringing my own linen (we did bring our own blankets and extra towels to use btw). Even on the first day coming in, not a single roll of toilet paper left behind so had to drive and get it whilst family member had to wait doing a number 2). Felt like I should've got paid as a cleaner as all the basic condiments (like salt and oil) was out of date (over 1 year) so was cleaning it out. Customer service is non existent so far. Best remembered as the worst holiday experience. Have left my feedback to Kerry but doubt it will get anywhere.
We stayed at a house of theirs over Easter and the June long weekends. Both occasions have been easy and simply from the management and the house has been great! Looking forward to staying their again.
