8Limited range available, high prices. And yes I'm aware it's hard to compete with Bunnings. Staff can be helpful, it does depend on the staff and the day.
Well stocked old school ie pre Bunnings hardware store. It isn't huge but seems to have anything you're likely to need anyway
A good local store for most of your hardware needs.
Some stuff can be a bit expensive.
The new Stihl section does look fantastic!
This is our new local store and I was going to be here regularly, until today.
I placed an order last Monday for an outdoor gas heater. Paid for it too. It was to be delivered the following Thursday, ready for pick up in time for a birthday gathering this weekend.
Anyway, it wasn't ordered. It wasn't delivered today. Not available until the following week.
Honestly, I don't know if it was a staff member or their warehouse in Victoria at fault, yet this was really poor form.
I did get a refund thankfully and the staff were really apologetic, yet at the end of it all, I made the journey to Bunnings.
We wenrvicet to the hardware - tea gardens to get timber (sized) & inside paint (wattyle) given really good friendly service
It's ok good selection and the staff are very friendly but the price's are expensive in comparison to bunnings.
Stopped by on my way to camping as I was looking for a fire pit and a few cooking gas cans. Their team was great
Great store great service even came outside & cut the timber up so it would fit better in the car
