Carissa is knowledgeable and professional as a Strata manager. She has a good knowledge of the relevant rules and legislation. She has been most helpful in dealing with our Strata issues over the past number of years. In meetings she is courteous with residents, whatever their concerns, and is able to solve complex problems with true professionalism.

Our strata manager Kelly Lindner, is absolutely fabulous. She has a very in depth knowledge of current strata legislation and requirements. Kelly is always available to help out and follow up any of our queries, and has been instrumental, in helping our committe improve our bank balance.

Absolutely terrible customer service for the body corporate we pay. Will be looking into new Strata companies in the future.

My Strata manager, Kazanne Wood, should go into politics. A friendly façade but seemingly immoral. Sadly TCM at Kingscliff support her continuous ignorance, manipulation and high-handed behaviour blindly. Why?

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with both Kazanne and branch manager Peter on separate occasions recently and have found them both to be unprofessional and with little integrity. I would give a zero star rating if possible.

I work closely with the team at TCM Rentals and TCM Strata Coastal and confirm that they are not only highly experienced, but friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to let Wendy manage my investment property and would feel confident with any of their Strata Managers managing my owners corporation.

To Who it may Concern.
We recently met Kazanne who chaired our AGM Strata Meeting on 23rd July, 2020
In the past, there have been many outstanding issues related to our property which have gone unresolved.
In our opinion with Kazanne running the Meeting, we feel she was very much in control and addressed these ongoing problems that existed previously and which have always been a concern.
We were very impressed with her bookkeeping experience, professional attitude and diligence and therefore we feel confident and very comfortable in Kazanne managing our Strata book in the future.
