Damien was approachable and professional and pleasant on our job. The stormwater plans were of a high standard and Rauri (an engineer in his stormwater team) was also a standout person to deal with and also very professional. Damien oversaw our structural plans as well, and was intelligent right to the end. I must say our house will probably still be standing in 200 years time, it was that solidly built. There are zero worries about the structural integrity of the house, that's for sure. Thankyou Damien.

Damien Shaefer and the team provided excellent professional services for the construction of my challenging new primary and secondary dwelling on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Detailed design considerations were required for the OSD, cantilevered designs, detailed drainage and driveway for the builds on a steep sloping block. With little experience with this detail, I found that great communication and ideas flowed easily. I would highly recommend their services.

My first call to Taylor Consulting, answered by Alex, was friendly and professional. Alex has good communication skills and answered all my questions. I was introduced to Damien for our project. Damien is very confident and knowledgeable. After inspecting our house, he was able to quickly produce an engineering design for our cc application. We were very happy with the designs and have now engaged him to complete our hydraulic design work. I highly recommend Damien and his services as a consulting engineer. We will use him again.

Provided details to Taylor Consultants for a residential engineering modifications to our existing hydraulics on the northern beaches. They charged us $400 (which we paid) to basically confirm with us that they could provide a quote for the works, no further advice was given.

Brought in to ensure quality oversight of the building engineering for a two storey brick and concrete house. Found many defects.

Damien from Taylors provided a detailed and thorough plan for a very complicated residential flooding problem. He is very personable and communicates his plan effectively. He was available to meet the builder promptly when complications arose. His whole approach is very professional. I would highly recommend.

Taylor engineers did our whole project, building a huge garage with a granny flat above required some serious footings and slab also a wide open garage area required an engineered floor, the same with the roof.
I was more than happy with the engineering design and as issues came up they were always addressed and being local certainly helped a lot.many thanks for doing the job
