Really bad experience this year. The accountants appeared to have no idea what they were doing, the appointment took over an hour in length, and they couldnt understand the outcome of my tax return. Was charged too much for an unhelpful job

I've been coming to Tax Tips Miranda and formerly in Sutherland for the past 10 years and I've found them to be very good and efficient.

Abusive, threatened and aggressive behaviour toward myself and my partner, we refuse to do it with them and we received calls demanding us to pay the receptionist and the guy (who def didn’t have a clue and was super dodgy). Stay away

This place is the worst! Stupid tax agent gets me fined but then has the nerve to turn around and say to me - don't worry I'll make it up to you in your next return! What the!? Stay clear of these dodgy guys.

Worst customer service experience. Rang 3 times, they said they would return the phone call that day though never received the so called phone call 3 times in a row. Also had the tax tips office boss lie to my face just to get me out of the office. Its a tell tale sign that because this happened, the people running tax tips miranda are only in it for the and not for the customer. Good work tax tips, yous are really making your way to hell there with those ones. Time to celebrate this review with a drink Cheers Tax tips.

What a place, awesome tax agent. Gets you every last cent.

Was apprahensive at first but these guys knew where to find everything and did the job properly. Costly but if you need money quick they give you it on the spot.was happy with service
