WORST tax I have ever been to. I worked in traffic control, paid thousands of dollars in tickets, work expenses. They never asked me a single question, I sat there in silence and he told me at the end that he had lodged it and I was getting $11 back.
NEVER confirmed with me anything and never even told me he was lodging it until after he had already done it and it was too late. Awful service

We found these guys 6yrs ago, and even though we moved to Queensland 3yrs ago, we're STILL using these guys! They do such an amazing job.

Worst tax agent I ever had! I told Demetrios that I have been on two different visa during my tax year and that I roughly know what I should estimate to get back, but he disregarded my note which meant that he entered the information given by me incorrectly. This resulted in a wrong tax return (= ergo less money) that I was unable to amend on my end because I had engaged him. I called ATO but they could not do anything about it since I was not the one who had lodged it. When I questioned him about it, pointed out his mistakes and asked him to correct them, he tried to make me pay for a $500 audit (revision of tax return) which obviously I should not be liable for since he had all the necessary information and he made the mistake on his end. He refused to fix his own mess and tried to charge me for it! I was angry at him for trying to make me pay for his own bloody mistakes! When I called him out on it, he said that he will not handle this situation anymore. HOW RUDE! Also, he stated that he could not put a different visa information into the records which is wrong because I actually did it for this year's tax return! Demetrios asked me to provide my two visa which I then have, but he still could not get it right. Isn't it weird that I did not have to provide my two different visa this year? Moreover, he (apparently) overestimated my tax return amount and upon final return, he put some (more than initially quoted) of my hard earned money into his own pockets. Be rest assured that I have informed the Ombudsman about this and let other people know about this disgraceful service. NEVER AGAIN!

Overall an ok experience, receptionist very friendly and accomodating. All the other staff are stuck up and probably see you more as a dollar sign then a customer. Please note this is similar to a payday loan and fees are hefty! Good for emergencies as cash paid on spot in the form of a cheque or direct deposit.

I am very disappointed! I’ve used this service last year when leaving in Australia and everything went just fine. This year from abroad I tried to get my refunds, asking them to please deposit the money on my boyfriend account as mine was close and they kept emailing me in a very passive way without giving me right information. Now my account was closed and I assumed since they didn’t not mention that was impossible to get my refund on my boyfriend account I signed the documents, just in order to discover that my boyfriend money are on hos account whilst my money somewhere in the limbo. At my insisting email, they just keep not giving me answer, so I’m asking now what I should do? ! This is ridiculous!

Very good and quick service. In 10 minutes they had my tax return process ready (ABN+TFN) and one week later i had the money on my bank account. I would definitely recommend tax tips to anyone.

Very helpful team! I've been going to them for 8yrs plus and always very satisfied with their performances. Just remember that you are getting your refunds on the same day, that's why you are paying a bit more for that convenience.good option to have, that's for sure.
