TAXIBOX mobile self-storage

Be cautious with scheduled taxi box arrivals. Left my elderly parents worried and anxious for a whole day waiting and didn't turn up until the following day. This lead to repercussions with moving furniture and moving dates. There was no communication throughout the day from them.
I even emailed with a complaint and no replies whatsoever.they aren't even compensated. Will not consider them in future.

Ice cream sounds great - your shout. Honestly though service was expectional. Thankuou. I have recommended taxi box to everyone.

What an amazing service! I 100% recommend the team at Taxibox for anyone who needs storage / removalists. I was moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast and it was definitely stressful at times. The team at Taxibox made the whole thing so easy. Nothing was ever a problem for them.
Everyone I dealt with was exceptional; Kez who was my first contact, Eric who helped make everything run smoothly, Steve who kindly packed away a washing machine that I forgot to pack and Andy who helped with delivery when I had some issues with height clearance at my address (even responding to urgent requests on the weekend). I also used the Taxibox removalists on the GC end and they were fantastic (Joao and Leo) and got the job done so quickly.
Even the texts with a time of arrival and a GPS tracker helped make everything run smoothly.
Some tips for anyone using Taxibox; make sure you have padlocks for the crates and check your height clearance on both sides

10/10 communication from the team. We recently moved interstate and all delivery was on time. 100% worth the money if you are looking for a budget interstate move!

I cannot rate Taxibox highly enough. We have had 3 Taxiboxes on hire for 8 months. We revisited our Taxiboxes a few times to add things and it was always so smooth. Every staff member I have ever spoken to is friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Redelivery was also very smooth and the drivers are always lovely.
We also use Taxibox for work storage and have the same excellent service.

I would recommend TaxiBox for anyone needing personal or work storage. Much easier and cost effective than hiring a storage unit and a van to move items.

Overall, we had a bad experience with Taxibox. They didn't honour the payment plan we made when we first started using Taxibox.rude administrative staff over the phone, and equipment that was damaged after it was delivered. Not a recommendation.

Due to the fact that I don't get paid until today and that I had to pay all of my bills at once, I could only afford to pay 50 dollars for the unit. The remainder would be paid the following week. I've done this before, but today, after I paid the 50 dollars, they took the rest from my account. I won't get my money back from them. What kind of business regularly attempts to take money out of someone's account? Now that I'm a single mom, I only have twelve dollars to support my daughter until next week. Since I don't have a partner, how will I do that? I will pay for it myself now that you won't have access to my bank account. I will never use them again.

My son and I used Taxibox for 9 months. It was a great service and very quick, and clean box. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend.

My Taxibox experience was fantastic. From start to finish every step in the process was so easy and convenient. The communication from the customer service team at the inception, then the messages to keep you in the loop when your taxi box is being dropped off, then collected were right on track. I was also impressed by the forklift driver placing the box in a small space so expertly. The box itself fits more than you expect too. All in all, an extremely efficient and friendly service. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Do not store with this company. If you are a few days overdue they hit you with late fees, then threaten to sell your belongings and give you a bad credit rating! They won’t deliver if it doesn’t suit them. They are a disgusting business model and I would suggest using a normal storage unit. You cannot access your belongings easily, and only business hours. Steer clear people. They are thugs. Trust me

I have a stroage unit, and I have never had a problem till today. My payment was due yesterday, I don't get paid till today and due to all my bills in at once I could only afford 50 dollars on the unit. I was going to pay the rest next week. I have done this before many times.but today after paying the 50 they went back into my account and took the rest. They won't give me the money back. What kind of company goes into someone's account everyday to try and take money out. I'm a single mum now I literally have 12 dollars till next week I have no support so how am I going to support my daughter till next week. Than you very much you will not have access to my bank account now I will pay it myself. Never again will I use them again.

Absolutely fantastic. Competent, accommodating and well priced. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I could not recommend them enough. The entrance for this particular facility is hard to find though.

I used Taxibox in both Sydney and Brisbane. 110% amazing. Their service was incredible, and on the mark. Right from the very first phone call, Taxibox got it right, their customer service was helpful, honest, upfront, and friendly. They turn up on time, so you aren't waiting around, they communicate well, they give you enough time to fill your Taxibox, they drive their trucks with care, they provide easy access to their warehouse and when you visit the warehouse, the crew make a point of saying hello and ensuring you have everything you need. Moving with them from Sydney to Brisbane was seamless. For the two years I used their service, I only ever felt secure and looked after. I mucked up a payment cancellation because I was away and working at sea and they seamlessly fixed this issue. I wasn't even aware of an overpayment I had made, Taxibox contacted me and reversed the charges honestly, even though communication was difficult at my end. I only have well earned praise for this company, and a wish that every business conducted themselves this way. Taxibox are storage stars!

Shannen went out of her way to help me this week and I could not be more grateful. My son said the man who dropped our boxes to our house was an 'absolute legend'.
