I can say that Gracealice will be my new accountant moving forward. Excellent service and most importantly, Grace is very knowledge and you can tell that she is a master of her craft. Her accounting and financial expertise is well worth the investment.

Used Tax7 for a few years and each year it was taking more and more time to process and the payment for services was higher and higher. The most recent one was a straightforward calculation with me working full time and trading stocks on Australian exchange, will all the data prepared and labeled in spreadsheets. However, the price was more than $500 to process that (no crypto trades; all the ASX trades reflected in detail and as a summary in a spreadsheet). This year I'll be looking for an alternative.

I decided to try Tax7 Accountants after seeing all the good reviews online. I was assigned to Gracealice, and booked a zoom session with her. She was very professional, yet also friendly and approachable in her interaction with me. She explained things to me in a way that made the complexity of tax filing comprehensible and comfortable to a simpleton like myself. Even via the zoom interface, she was able to guide me through the specifics, explaining page by page, amending details, highlighting important information, and giving peripheral advice on better tax management. Any post session questions or concerns I had was addressed and quickly sorted.

As stated, I originally contacted Tax7 because of all the five star reviews I saw, and now I know why all those five stars are shining all about. And so here I am among the lot, posting my own review, and highly recommending Gracealice and Tax7 Accountants. The service is professional and speedy in delivery, and meticulous in assuring that the best results are attained. Definitely five stars from me too!
