Tax Today Erina

Excellent service provided by team especially Craig. For someone who is lodging their tax returns for the first time in Australia, i was really pleased with the explanation provided by him and would highly recommend to anyone else new and wanting assistance in getting their tax lodged through a professional. Great service!

Lodged a tax return almost 2 months ago with Tax "Today" Erina, im a longtime customer of Tax today in parramatta and couldnt find a flaw in their service, back there name everytime all the time, i recently moved up to central coast and chose to go with Tax today Erina, to be fed some story about delay to my payment, call back in a week, ive called multiple times over the last few weeks to be told we will call you back wait another week, now its coming up to 2 months and im not even getting an answer. Absolutely poor service. Why take on a franchise that promise to deliver same day tax refunds if thats not a promise you are willing to keep.

This goes to show the professionalism of the staff, clearly having the time to put their 2 cents into a reply on a review rather then responding to missed calls and a voice mail. I have spoken with the ATO and have clarified all parts on my end multiple times and i was told an escalation was put in place but 2 weeks on still failing to deliver honest customer service.

Craig was great, the experience was effortless and i got a much better return than expected

The entire experience was made super easy. Craig was the legend to help me through everything. He was very professional and friendly throughout process. Even in a busy time of the year, he was super efficient and made me feel like a priority. Absolute legend, Craig is the one to go to.

I've been with Instant Tax for the past 3 years now first time I've used the Erina branch.
First off I was so nervous because I had taken my 2 year old with me and they treated my son like their own which put me at ease completely
As for the tax agent Billie Jean she was amazing made everything understandable easy going and just a down to earth person. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

Never again had two tax returns done by this buisness recently and was charged the fee plus gst and then charged another 27.50 each return to have the money transferred to my bank account. When I questioned this fee I was told that it was a standard bank processing fee. I asked if they incurred this cost to complete an internet transfer had no response to this. If the ato had transfered direct to my account instead of tax today account would have been no fee. Tax today are not transparant about this additional fee its just a money grab. Use a tax agent who dont charge to internet transfer your tax return when it costs them nothing to do this.
