Last year I went to them for my return, no doubt refund was perfect and staff was very helpful. However, the fee they charged me was joke 359$ for my return. I suggest everyone just make sure ask them how much fee you have to pay. I’m looking for reply why I was charged 359$.

Really know their stuff and work really hard to get you the best return. Remember to keep your receipts, Payslips and anything else you think you can claim back.
Go back every year.

Take my advice and don’t lodge tax return from this company.
Probably they look after big business but not individuals.
They have broadcasted they gonna return taxes within 2-3 business days in their official websites but they don’t even bother to lodge application after 2-3 days.
They just make fool of you.

Easily the worst bussiness I have ever used. If you're looking for a review on whether you should use Tax Today for your tax return then please consider this before using them.
I was told I would receive a confirmation email within 20 minutes after submitting everything. I waited 8 hours and decided to ring and ask to be told, I would need to contact every store in Australia in order to find where my paperwork has gone. So I proceeded to begin calling the long list of numbers when Blacktown told me they would be happy to do it then & there if I re-submit everything and select them.
There was their initial lie, it was not done until 18 hours after I was told it would be done but was not hugely fussed as the 3-5 return which by the way costs extra would still be there soon. Since then it was has been almost 9 days and the money has failed to show. I rang and enquired if it was possible to get me fee back for the 3-5 return and so far have been told to wait & have not been contacted since.

This is my first review ever & I am only writing to warn others as this is an important time of year in regards to tax returns.

To summarise everything i said briefly, do not use Tax Today for your return as the staff are not helpful & it is unlikely you will get your money in 3-5 days however, will still be charged their fee for that service.

I hope this review helps others re-consider before using Tax Today.

This place used to be the TaxTips but is now called Tax Today which is a totally different business. I was not happy with thier service at all when I rang.

Blake knows his stuff and works really hard to get you the best return. Remember to keep your receipts. Payslips and anything else you think you can claim back
