Sam is a good, experienced accountant/tax agent. He helped us process our tax return earlier to the best of his capability. He is also accomodating & friendly to us being a first time client of taxtips.

Response: Where in my review did I complain about your staff asking me for my ID? Nice trick trying to make it look like it's the customer who is at fault and not your employee. All I mentioned in my review is about the interaction I had with your business and how your staff behaved. Re-read my review, that might help.

Review: When a customer walks in, perhaps greet them nicely so they feel welcome - not shout from the corner of your room and ask if I have an appointment.

As I mentioned my name, the staff started guessing my profession from my name, and then my background - like are you serious mate? Not sure which year you're living in but just letting you know it's 2022.

If the staff would not talk too much, I would have got my tax return done and leave as a happy customer. Disappointing experience at a business which seems to have good rating.

I've been coming to tax tips for a long time the last couple of years I've paid a extra fee to get it quickly and it has not been quick but I rang them they have tried to fix and rectify the problem straight away great friendly staff I see Sam but all the staff are awesome and friendly service

Quick, easy, sufficient, friendly and super welcoming. I like that they also make conversations with you rather than sit there in award silence. If you are a new registering customer I'd say spare yourself 40mins - 1hour so they are able to go through all the paperwork for new client and cross reference with everything and then your tax return.

This year I completed my return at Tax tips Campbelltown, I was very disgusted with the attitude of the man who “ looked after “ me. I don’t remember his name but he is a young Caucasian bald man with glasses. He was very rude and pretty much made up the prices of everything I had to claim even tho I told him I paid a lot more. My return was the shortest return I’ve ever had in my life. I highly do not recommend this place.

Highly recommend TaxTips Campbelltown. Been using them for over 10 years to do my tax returns and always get me the best tax refunds!

Cost me 6k by changing my address with the ATO to their office address. Then ignored the 4 letters ATO sent to me on behalf of them. DONT USE THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If only i could go back in time

Very unprofessional I got my tax done with Tax Tips at Campbelltown 2560 and while doing my tax return the accountant stated that I will be receiving nothing back due to an outstanding debit with child support so I call child support and ask and they stated that there is no outstanding debit with them so I called Tax Tips at Campbelltown back and explained the situation as to what child support had said and all tax tips said was I got my tax done and and got a little in return so what's my problem then hang up on me poor communication no customer service I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

Just went in today to do my tax when my the accountant noticed i have been overpaying and not claiming what i am well in title to. Would of had no idea otherwise. Very professional & friendly

The most unprofessional, disorganised business I have ever come across. Appointment for 10am, still sat waiting at 10.50am with 3 other people also waiting with a 10am appointment.
Lost my form that I filled in upon arrival and had to fill in another one 20 minutes later. I was told I would then be next for the inconvenience.
One lady that arrived 15 minutes after me went to the desk to complain about the wait. An accountant exited his office and heard her complaining, asked my name as she had mentioned that I was in front of her. He then proceeded to usher her into his office even though I was there before her as clearly he was worried about losing a customer.
I would NEVER go there again or recommend this place to anyone.

Fist time I have been to a tax agent, extremely happy I came to tax tips Campbelltown. Really friendly guys, great advice and a great return!
They answered all my questions and were really nice about everything.
