Highly recommended! I came in and one of the accountant couldn't help me but the manager (i think) Fiona called me and discussed over the phone on helping me. Went back to the office and after a few hours she sorted out my tax and got me back on track. Can't thank her enough for helping me. TAX TIPS BLACKTOWN IS DISHONEST. THEY DON’T TELL YOU THAT THERE IS A MANDATORY FEE OF OVER $100 FOR A CONSULTATION. I DID NOT GO AHEAD WITH THE REFUND AFTER 10 MINS AND THEY CHARGED ME $130. I HANDED THE MONEY OVER RELUCTANTLY, AND THE 2 AGENTS DID NOT LOSE TIME IN DISCUSSING HOW THEY WILL SPEND IT IN FRONT OF ME! SO SLEAZY - YUCK!

The manager Fiona is amazing! She went above and beyond for me not only doing my tax return but went out of her way to help me with a student loan debt I had back from 2014. She didn’t rush me during lodging my tax return like most tax agents do. I would highly recommend her! I can’t thank her enough for all her help

When blake was there the service was great but since he left the service is not only slow but it's quotes return $120 but paid almost triple that fee never going back

Its my first time doing tax return as a foreigner recently moved to Sydney. I called and asked for their services fee. They told me is 110$ dollar nomal employement tax n a self education expense.
But they charge me 170.50$.

This isnt fair as I didnt even have a complicated file with investments and so on.

Have been going there for a while now and for the most part they were good. This year however. They made it their main goal to send my whole tax to Child Support. No. I didnt owe money. These guys have no idea. Lost a loyal customer.
