Tax Store Parramatta

First time with this tax agent to do my 2021 tax return. I spoke with Samir and I told him that I did not have time to go for an appointment, so we did everything on line through e-mails. And the result is fantastic, I am very happy with the outcome.

Update: he called me back within 30 minutes where he could do it online for me and apologised. I have updated my review as such.

I had booked an appointment today at 10am to do my tax return for the 2021 financial year. I came on time for my appointment for the office to appear closed as there was unopened mail you could see through the door. I called the number available on the office sign, however, they did not answer.

The appointment was booked about 6 days ago through their website. This unfortunately was a huge waste of my time and money as I had to pay for street parking too.

I would highly recommend everyone to deal with Tax Store Parramatta especially with Samir Mansouri. He is really helpful and responsive and gets the job done so quick so If you need some advices and help with all your taxes, Tax Store Parramatta is the place to go to. Honestly 10/10 keep up the good work my friend

Unfortunately I have to change my original rating and review for this service, I couldn't get an answer from this guy. Made me feel like he was doing me a favor. Predicted that I would receive $90 dollars back and ended up with a $6,550 student debt loan payment that was compulsory to pay. Will not use again.
