A man called me yesterday at 459pm asking me to take part in a survey. I asked how long it takes and how much I will be paid. He said they tell people it takes 30 minutes but it takes closer to an hour and that he will be paid but I won't. I told him that I'm not interested and he said he will pass feedback on to his boss that people want to be paid for an hour of their time.

No not use - does not pay for research! Tried contacting multiple times via email regarding payment for my services.
