Very bad company to work with, they don't pay superannuation for the employees coming from TCS India, also they don't pay long service leave and parental leaves. Totally not a great company from policies and pay perspective.

Started working here for past few months, horrible employment policies to say the least. 1st year f service no annual leaves, and personal leaves are accredited quarterly. Extremely disappointed with HR and policies, never in my career I have faced this kind of suppressing policies.

I have been working with some of the TCS guys over the last few months for a customer in Melbourne, and I see the work ethic and way they like to approach any work is just appalling. They never come to the meeting and people in the technical lead role don't do the necessary essentially technical things to investigate any simple issues. I have been watching them for the last few months and seeing it is their regular work TCS, such a sizeable technological organisation. Still, employees who work for the AUS company who work as contracted to other companies set such low standards and are just not fit to do the role.

Best place to work. Biggest and most adorable Indian IT consultancy. TCS is a dream to work for.
