As an architect I have worked with Tass Construction Group for the past 5 years and we have successfully completed a number of projects together. I always receive great feedback from my clients across a broad range of facets including the overall experience, process and quality of the finished product which I have witnessed firsthand - as such I am always confident to refer.
I find their approach to building very professional, structured and transparent, they manage projects very well, are accommodating, easy to work with and are always conscious of ensuring my design intent is achieved.

I have worked with Tass Construction Group on two of my projects now. One was a more traditional design for a heritage conservation area with heritage detailing, and the more recent one was a modern addition to the existing semi in Mosman. Despite the contrasting styles of the projects, the common factor has been the excellent workmanship and attention to detail.

They are currently working a new house build of mine at Mosman, again with excellent attention to detail whilst dealing with challenging ground conditions.

The entire TASS team has been a pleasure to work with, with prompt, friendly and clear communication, and always with the end goal of achieving the architectural design intent. After another successful collaboration, I continue to request tenders and preliminary building advice from them on all my projects.

We have had such a great experience with TASS from our first meeting with Aaron where we were able to share more about our exciting project through to completion with Will, Ryan and Ben.

It was quite clear that everyone we spoke to embodied the same culture, same ethic and passion for servicing their customers and building great homes.

Our Pre-Construction phase was seamless and reassuring with Josh, where we were able to spend quite considerable time working through every element of our home and our selections with expert guidance. His knowledge of building as well as the administrative and costing side meant no question was left unanswered and we felt very prepared and informed going into the actually build.

Next we commenced the build under foreman Will whose complete dedication from the start reassured us that we were in good hands. We loved the ability to check in each day on the portal to see the progress of our home. We had very good communication with the team and they were extremely responsive to all our queries and requests. Not only that, but with the inevitable little challenges that arise when building, Will would call with the issue and deliver a few solutions at different prices along with the challenge, which made navigating the whole thing so much smoother. Where you often hear of handover being a limp over the finish line, months after plan and way over budget - we did handover on time and on budget (aside of a few little things we added ourselves). It really was a celebration and we felt both overjoyed with our home and sad to say goodbye to the team.

The build itself is AMAZING and we are extremely happy with the outcome, the dedication to getting the best out of each build is clear. Over the 6 months of our build it felt our relationship became more a friendship where we had a common goal which we were achieving together. Our neighbours were also very complimentary of TASS once we moved back into our home.

I cannot recommend Tass Construction Group highly enough for their exceptional work in renovating our house in Erskineville. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and committed to delivering the best results possible.
Their attention to detail was second to none, and they took the time to understand our architect’s vision for the renovation and to work with us to bring it to life. They provided us with regular updates throughout the process, and their communication was always clear and timely.

We recently had Tass Construction Group build a new living, dining and kitchen wing to our existing house.
Working as a Rep in the construction industry myself I had literally hundreds of builders to choose from. Being their Rep and building product supplier and having close contact with their team daily made our decision easy. Seeing how smoothly their jobs progress, how friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and professional all of their staff are, they were the only builder for us.

After our first meeting with Ben and Aaron my wife's comments were "wow they know their stuff". I already knew that but it's very apparent they are on a different level to a lot of other builders / construction companies. We knew exactly what we were going to get after that first meeting.
Josh the office guru could literally see in his head how I wanted the finished product to look. He made some design decisions he knew would enhance the look and I trusted him to do so. So it came as no surprise the project ended up exactly how I had imagined.

During the 6 month or so build, our forman Oliver "Ollie" made the whole process so smooth. We were still living at home as the new section was being built. Ollie and his team engaged daily and there was some great banter, he even became our 2 dogs second dad. We actually missed them being around when the job was finished.
Ryan the construction supervisors phone was always on if we ever needed anything. He also came to site regularly to oversee the project.
All of our neighbours made positive comments about the Tass staff and how thoughtful they always were with noise, deliveries and parking etc.

We recently renovated pretty much our whole house including three bathrooms, kitchen, every room was updated as well as new decking and a pergola outside. The Tass team were tremendous. They were very professional, transparent and did a fantastic job. We always felt comfortable we were dealing with a business we could trust and the job was even completed a week early. We couldn't be happier!

We worked with Tass Construction Group on a renovation and restoration project on the downstairs of our house. We had substantial water issues in an older house that were difficult to rectify, as well as a floor plan that needed improvement.

Aaron and Ben went above and beyond to generate ideas and work through the best long term solution tailored to our needs. They not only solved the issues we had, but also transformed the area into a beautiful space that we can now utilise and enjoy. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, along with their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our many questions and ideas.

Tass Construction Group went above and beyond for our Physiotherapy Clinic's Renovation. Even with the Christmas and New Year break, the guys made sure they had us in our fresh new clinic for the New Year without compromise. Professional service with exceptional attention to detail and quality. Highly recommend.

The first day we met Aaron and Ben Tass to discuss our project we knew they were the team we wanted to work with. They might not be aware of this, but we'd almost signed on the dotted line with another builder. However their knowledgeable, professional, upbeat approach was just what we’d been looking for.

From day one, they did exactly what they said they would. They never missed a deadline, were always open to ideas and never shied away from us rethinking what we wanted. We were constantly impressed by the level of detail and diligence they applied to every aspect of the project. Aaron and Ben always maintained their ultimate aim was for us to be 100% happy and we never doubted that sentiment through the whole process.

They were always keen to contribute creative solutions and ideas, and we’re certain we'd never have achieved the amazing outcome we have without them. The process was fun, engaging and impeccably managed, and there were always lots of laughs along the way. The whole Tass team and their contractors were always professional, courteous, outstanding trades people. Several of our neighbours complemented them unprompted throughout the renovation.

We can’t imagine there could be a more positive, enthusiastic, committed construction business to work with, and if that’s not enough they’re just all round nice guys too! They deserve to go far in their business because they’re doing everything right.

The result of Tass Construction Group speaks for itself, but the interactions with the team including flexibility, practical suggestions and advice was what made this process enjoyable. Our neighbours recently used your company for a complete renovation. They were required to move out. Demolition occurred and then the build, over a 6 month period.

To say we were nervous about the process and the impacts was an understatement, however prior to works commencing I was contacted by Ryan who was in charge of the build. This was a great way to start, feeling included and heard.

Throughout the build, Ryan ensured:

We were provided with the project plan for the coming weeks
Advised of us of days when noise would be inevitable (but allowing us the option to contact him if things were too disruptive)
Site workers were polite and conscious of our close proximity (Victorian terrace-shared walls)
He was constantly responsive, I do recall a day that was particularly getting to me - (drilling the walls for a damp course). I sent a text to say what is going on? Only to get a call immediately to say this is what we are doing, sorry. My issue was I work from home and had a pending meeting. They paused the drilling for my work call and everyone won
The site was always kept tidy and in order. I would highly recommend Tass and particularly Ryan for his responsiveness, empathy and willingness to ensure our lives could continue whilst construction continued.

We were so impressed with the team that we have them coming back to rebuild our carport.

TCG completed a renovation to our living room, and we could not be happier with the result. Great attention to detail, ongoing communication, and timing was in line with the original programme.

We had a very specific aesthetic we wanted achieved for our kitchen and laundry renovation, and not only were TASS fantastic to deal with (great communication from start to finish), but they also delivered exactly what we had hoped for. The Tass guys did a great job with our reno! The detail of their quote and the scope of work meant there was little possibility of misunderstanding between us. They started the job when they said they would, and stuck to their schedule of what stage the job would be done by what date. Amazing!
And they were so patient with clients who wanted to tweak the original agreement with extra variations. On the rare occasions of accidents or mistakes on their part, they took responsibility and remedied the situation in good cheer. Personal dealings with all the guys from the Tass brothers, to the tradies, to the apprentices was always cheerful; never with a sense of being on opposite sides of an argument, but rather on the same side trying to get a job done.
Great team! Excellent workmanship! And we have a truely beautiful home since their handiwork.
