Recently had my car booked in for service at 10 am had to get a lift back in to Bega as the service centre is inconveniently to far to walk
4 hours later decided to ring to see if my car was ready couldn’t give me an answer said they would ring back nothing rang again an hour later still couldn’t give me an answer I asked to be picked up got back to service centre didn’t find the staff there very obliging 5 and a half hours is a long wait never will return again not good service at all

Absolute waste of time going to tara ford for service. Car sat there 6 weeks. Not one issue fixed. $ 319.00 for nothing and it run out of rego while there. Will not be back EVER.

RECEPTIONIST is not very friendly.
She has biased treatment to customers.
I was not provided with a loan car.
I requested for my car to be picked up and dropped off at home as part of the deal when they sold a car to me. This never happened.
My car was not washed as part of the service.
Poor people skills of the RECEPTIONIST.

The Dealership here in Bega is locally owned and the only Car Dealer in Bega that is locally owned and provides Ford, Kia, Mitsubishi and Volkswagon to the Far South Coast. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and have had them serviced as well. They are moving to a new location soon in a state of the art facility. Looking forward to seeing the new complex.
The sales people are honest and care about giving you the best and honest deal and do not take advantage of you. Finance is also available.
Good honest local dealer selling both New and Used cars.

I purchased my car from Bega Ford from Melbourne. As they had only vehicle model left in Australia of the car I wanted to purchase. Sam was absolutely fantastic. He helped me so much! He was kind and enthusiastic and easy to talk too. I didn't even meet anyone in person at the dealership and yet I still had an amazing experience. Thank you ford Bega for all your help and support.

Cheers Ronnie for sorting out a warning light on my Ranger today. Without a booking no less!
Also, you have a great team there and my experience, having relocated from Melbourne 2 years ago, has been not just great but also far exceeding the performance of my previous Service Centre in Melbourne where I bought the vehicle new in 2019.
Highly recommended in my opinion.

The second time I’ve bought from Tarra. Not sure why anyone would by in Canberra when you can get service and a good price within a short drive and a phone call away. Sam and the crew went above and beyond to find me a car that wasn’t available in Oz at the time. No one else would have put in as much effort as they did. I got great unbiased advice on additions, which theyj also organised for me. They’ve won my loyalty for life. Would recommend to any other Canberrans who are tired of the ACT dealers or just want friendly advice with no sales hype!

Yes a warning indicator light. Spoke to the Service Manager could not be more helpful. The problem was fixed and I did not have a scheduled book in time just rolled in. Thank you guys very happy and highly recommended. Thanks Ronnie for your help mate.

Today, we took our Ford Territory into Tarra Ford in Bega with no notice as it had developed a strange noise in the rear end. We are on our way back to Queensland towing a caravan, and we were really concerned about this noise. The service manager came for a drive with me, heard the noise, and after we returned he asked to relax in the waiting room whilst they investigated. They were flat out, but he lifted our car on a hoist and checked over the whole rear end. They identified the issue, showed us the problem, and fixed it. A dry suspension mount, caused by some dust entering the rubber bearing. Some lubricant, along with their honesty and integrity, and we were on our way. And the charge was precisely nothing. Zip. Nada. Now, some places could have told us any old story and charged like a herd of wounded bulls. But this dealer was professional, courteous, and got it sorted pronto. We are a long way from home, and more than likely will never require their services again, so they had no motive or prospect of any ongoing custom from us. But I will certainly recommend them to anyone who is travelling this way in the future. Well done!

General maintenance good but long term, they don't study the manufacturers strict guideline's on periodic servicing. Resulting, in my case, a severe mechanical fault on their service and a costly repair to fix.

I like to know what customers think about the Terra Ford business in Bega after what I experienced recently. I took my car which I bought second hand approx a half year ago for $21000 with extended warranty as told to me by the sales person. After a few small problems of one has never been fixed I could not start my car and took him to Terra Ford. This was 2 weeks ago and now, 7 June 2017, I was told that maybe they fix it on the 23th of June 2017. This means 4 weeks+ no car for a starter motor problem, is this good enough? NOT IN MY BOOK! Sales blames it on the garage but in my book and my opinion, the owner/manager has to take a very good look at himself by appointing such incompetent people in these positions. I LIKE TO WARN ANY PERSON THINKING OF BUYING A SECOND CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS AS THE "SERVICE" IS NON EXISTENT. Please contact them and listen carefully to the message from a certain John: HI, I AM JOHN AND HAVE I A SURPRISE FOR YOU. He is right about the surprise, PAY AND GET LOST. Feel free to ask me.
To be honest: The sales people were very embarrassed by of what I told them, they were apologetic but told me that they had no say in "service" matters. BUT WHERE IS THE ONE IN CHARGE?

Blue my motor up new car no oil no tramisson fluid 6 hours i told them ligh oil on they didn't check oil just fiddled with light in front of me on way home car blue up on Mc Cloud hill they claimed had 6 machinist working on one car why 6 hours liars thisfs i would not go there if was free & gave me new car worst service i ever known well my new car i had 3 days was stuffed truth fact
WASN'T I DROP OF OIL ON STICK OR ROAD NRMA BACKE UP SEE IN COURT
