Target Parramatta reviews
49Really good and huge Target. Plenty of parking. Really good stockings and fully stocked to. They had everything and good like - Toys. Clothe. Shoes. Bags. Kids. Womens. Mans. Adult. Kids. Books. Digital. Beauty. Really clean and tidy store to. Friendly and helpful staffs. Thank you Target. I will come back here again.
Found it really weird that the store staff at Parramatta come up with their own rules for returns. I take photos of all my receipts as it is easier to manage and to avoid the risk of losing them. At the returns desk the staff tells me that we don't accept a digital photo of a receipt. We can only offer you a gift card for the value if it is not a physical store receipt. The first time any store has told me this. Had to waste my time waiting for a manager and then show him the target online policy for returns where it clearly calls out that a photo of a store receipt is a valid proof of purchase as the returns desk staff would not listen.
I took an item back to get the tag removed which they forgot to take out. Customer service ladies were so rude and racist. I was treated like a thief. I gave them card details to look up the transactions but they told me that the item was not from their store. Absolutely rude & racist.
I used Target's Click and Collect today. The store is easy to find on Level 4, immediately on the right-hand side of the top of the escalator.
The collection counter was easy to find at the back of the store.
I walked there, but for most people, I guess they drive. A massive carpark is minutes away.
Most of the staff here are very nice and helpful except for 1 young girl. They always have nice stuff.
Encountered two sales person one reluctant to help and second rude as if he is the most intelligent person who cannot accept a simple mistake or a belittling racist.
Anyway, it's my mistake to even go there. Learnt a good lesson. Won't purchase from target anymore.
Quite a messy store, regardless how hard the staff try and clean the place. A lot of stock we were after weren't available unfortunately. Prices are decent if you find what you're looking for.
Staff are nice and helpful. The only issues I have are no trolleys and I don't like where the checkouts are placed.
Great clean store. However, 8am and clothes were all over the place and not sorted neatly. Solid 5 stars though. Staff were great.
Website shows in stock but no stock available in store. Bad customer service at self checkout area.
Target has always been of high quality products economically priced. The store cover a whole rage of items from personal to home needs along with petcare, not forgetting digital needs. A must shop for everyone.
All type of clothes available.price is little bit cost compared to Kmart. But still good deals. Some people say target will provide good quality stuff
Average target, like always these days you have case staff and call out to them multiple times to where is obvious they heard you to get any assistance. This happens every time I go in there, I am a very busy person and don't have time to wonder around aimlessly looking. Just a simple "its over there" is all i ask but apparently that's too much hassle for thier staff without them sucking teeth and eye rolling there eyes at you.
Beautiful place to by clothes mens wear, women and children with good and fare price, shoes slip on, bags, jacket and pants you just name it's all there come over good for family place where you can meet your needs thankyou
Great place for some fast fashion goods at affordable prices. Generally crowded on Thursdays and weekends. The toys section has a good selection of products for various ages.
I don't often buy clothes at Target but I have found that they sell the best jeans. Perfect fit and sizes every time and much cheaper (but just as good quality) as the major brands shops such as Just Jeans.
I get the Dannii Minogue Petite brand and they are the perfect fit and length. They are also the best fitting of all the skinny stretch jeans I have tried.
I went to Target tonight around 8: 30pm for some blankets/pillows and all I can say is, THANK YOU to the patient Customer service I received from this beautiful girl named Tayla who helped me immediately with her professionalism. She was really kind and helpful. Will shop here again
Very good neat target, very gud customer service and a lovely old lady counter that served me in a very gentle satisfying way.
My favourite store in my life, and it was worth a visit in Parramatta. Hope it won't close down the way it already has Kmart. If it does, that's weird. I'm not saying this Target store is bad, but I just had to give a 2 star rated review it's because I couldn't find a Wilda Floral quilt cover set for my mum this Mother's Day, so it was a disappointing experience that it was sold out. But I can come back again better for sure.
Just the same as other Target stores. Nothing extraordinary. Staff were friendly and helpful though.
