Target Hornsby reviews
48Like any other side EXCEPT the lovely lady who welcomes you - she is awesome (sorry I don't know her name)
Bridget. Wow! What breath of fresh air being greeted by such an affable and helpful human being. She makes you forever welcome. This is the best advertisement for Target, in fact, your most successful business is predicated on customer relations. Well done Target for prioritising your values around people rather than product. Thank you Bridget. Never underestimate your smile, it could be the only affirmation a person gets all day!
One of the worst Target stores you could ever visit. Most items are out of stock. A lot of misplaced items. People at the customer service are not happy when you say Hi to them (you can see from their expression saying: oh here we go!)
Products are great. Staff at door are great but the staff at the return service desk are SO rude every single day.
I rang the store to ask about a specific item because online it said assorted
The guy in the toys department said that because it was a high-profile item I have to go into the store and check myself
I don't live close enough to the area to have a look so I wanted to know if they had it before making the trip out there
I rang other targets (Broadway, Burwood, Merrylands) and they were nice enough to check for me but the person on the phone at Hornsby didn't bother going out of his way to have a look for me
The lack of customer service is disgusting and the laziness is horrible. I've never heard of something being a "high profile item" before
Friday 23rd 6: 20pm
Large and modern Target. The woman on the main entrance is amazing. Worth going just to chat to her.
If we are not going to manufacture clothing in Australia, then I will support genuine 3rd world countries. Kmart fits that niche.
I went inside to ask a simple question about their massage guns and while when they finally answered they were polite and helpful, while I was waiting in line I turned to a girl wearing a target lanyard and she said that she didn't work here while scuttling to and fro from the change room carrying clothes? The lady behind the counter said to wait my turn but how was I supposed to know that the girl didnt work there while WEARING A TARGET LANYARD? Then the lady behind the counter served another customer who cut in before me, which was rude (I waited behind 3 ladies already) If the girl was a family member and was a volunteer or was beinf babysat (she appeared to be early teens) and doesn't work there, it's not right to give her a target lanyard. Corporate should investigate.
Lots of items to chose from. Not alot of staff around to help with finding correct size and make. Very helpful staff at self checkout. I did enjoy my visit. Found great presents for the grandchildren who love their Disney underwear.
Was good. Decent selection for some part.seems all the nice polos and tees were 3XL and above. (swim on me). So limited selection for my size. The whole "no staffed checkout" option is annoying. I don't like the 100% self-checkout option they have imposed on customers.
Bridget was very nice to be at target with me she help me find where the clothes went thanks Bridget
Where is the quality control on click & collect items? Totally horrified and grossed out today after I purchased 2 x 1L insulated drink bottles. Lucky I was still onsite when I opened my sealed bag and checked them both before going home. One of them was found to have liquid in it- from previous owner? Other one was completely dry as it should be.
I was at Target today, when a little girl became separated from her mum. I was very impressed with the kind, professional way in which Bridget, one of the Target team members, was able to quickly organise an announcement to find the little girl’s mum. While waiting, Bridget looked after & spoke reassuringly the little girl at the front desk. I would hope my grandchildren could have that same care if they were ever lost. Well done Bridget & Target staff at Hornsby!
Accused my 10 year old niece of stealing and demanded to search her tiny bag. Nothing was found as she hadn't stolen anything. I was with her the whole shopping trip.
Staff are kind enough. Store is small and has limited range. Always seems to be in dissarray with stock on wrong shelves (by awful customers) or on the floor.
I accidentally left a parcel (gift) in the change room in Hornsby store on Sunday. I have been calling the telephone since then and again now at 1pm on Monday to retrieve the parcel. However the message recorder says I am calling outside business hours This is not correct. How do I contact the store via telephone? Frustrating to say the least
Got a wonderful suit here that made me look sharp and got me most respected at a party for only $40! I definitely recommend this place for cheap items.
Nice to see Hornsby Target has remained open, given that so many stores have closed.
This store is staffed by friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of goods makes it worth a visit. Parking is readily available.
The gullible and incompetent virtue signalling woke weasels in management are enforcing the obsolete vaccine passports.
Even NSW Police have said that they will not be enforcing this.
Doing this violates section 94H of The Privacy Act 1988.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years or 300 penalty units, or both.
Segregating society will not end well for you.
This doesn't end here.
Not that crowded on a Sunday. Vaccination is being checked at the door. Lot of self serve check out counters.
