Target Grafton

Unbelievable, every time I've tried to secure a exclusive target drop in hotwheels it's gone as soon as it's announced and none make it to the shelf's.employees help themselves, no wonder there's never anything good, just scalpers that take for themselves and don't let the locals have a chance.disgusting.

The store always looks cluttered. The fashion indtore are 6 to 12 months behind what you can get at other target stores.
The air conditioning is never ever set at a good temperature and this appears to keep people away.

Although they're a great shopping complex to shop in, there's almost no one there to assist you in the isles.

Neat set out. Lack of staff. Underwear sizes are limited to 16 and under. Check out staff need training in speed and general customer relations. Not unpleasant, just slow.

Didn't know what she doing. Didn't ask for flybuys. Opened sealed gift card, when magnetic strip was on bottom of package. Then asked us to write who it's to. Really. With one checkout, no one on the floor. You wonder why they are going broke.

Doesn't have enough items to buy technically should be closed down and turned into Kmart as Kmart is better then target

Got what I needed @ Target Grafton, good range on shelves, prices reasonable, on par with Big W. No wait at checkouts today will go back.

I attended the store at Grafton this date with my two grandsons one of which has sustained an injury at the skate park! The incredible women at the checkout cleaned his graze and put a bandaid on him!
What wonderful service!
I will be shopping at Target forever!

It has good choice of products at reasonable prices, store always clean, front door person always friendly and welcoming, other staff helpful and friendly too

I did an online click and collect and it took nearly two weeks to get to the store. If i ever do another online order it certainly won't be for Grafton target store

The man on the entrance is always welcoming and polite. Wouldnt be target grafton if he wasnt there.

At the moment Target has some great clothes specials on outside their front door. Baby wear to adults. Plus PJ's for kids from side 2 -7 & dressing gowns, plus pink bunny & plain soft sole non slip slippers size 4 - 8.

Always greeted with a smile by the man at the door, the ladies are very helpful when needed. Love Target everything is easy to find.

I love going here. VERY helpful staff, large variety of stock at very competitive prices. Great work team.

Are you kidding me? Shutting down Layby? Idiots. The stock is good, except for the Target Brand garbage that breaks fast.

The prices here are high compared to other department stores and the staff are not very good.

I wanted to get a refund for a pair of earphones and it took them 15 minutes to give me my refund, making me late for the rest of the day.

Just go to Big W.

Target has lots of things that big w hasn't. If you can't find it at big w, you will probably find it here. Also has make up samples that you can use so you know what you are going to buy.
