24All staff we encountered today at Charlestown Target were beyond helpful and friendly. They helped us locate a particular jumper at another store, called and had it held for us. The young girl at the checkout was very personable and efficient. Haven't had such good customer service anywhere in a long time.
Unfriendly and hardly any enthusiastic staff. Welcomed only by stares and no smiles when returning my products.
It's a target that is well stocked. We did not find the items fit properly and regrettably had to shop elsewhere.
Toy section is messy and bare shelves
Couldn’t find what I wanted on several occasions
Overpriced clothes
Omg I saw this girl go into labour and while she and her husband was panicking this handsome, tall, sharp jaw-lined, big calved young man with curly hair came over and helped them in the toy section. I couldn’t believe my eyes. If I could rate this particular staff member out of ten stars I would rate him 43
Good store. A little pricey with some things, cheaper with others. It all depends on what you're looking for.
Please fix leaks in the ceiling. I was there and walked through puddles.i had to go call someone WHS issue
Not a great fan of Target! They seem to have gone down market the last few years. Don't seem to have the range of other stores in the same category. Products need to upgraded.the buyer for Target needs to think outside the box. Store to me seems a cheap KMart, Best and Lest etc.edging on becoming a junk store.
Decent store with a semi-hard to reach location, tucked away in a back corner of charlestown square above woolworths it is often overlooked by shoppers due to its location.
The store layout is decent but could be better amd there are no self serve registers like other targets in the local area. The stores main focus seems to be on clothing, manchester and household good such as storage and decorations. Their electronics, toy and baby sections are much smaller than other stores. Staff are usually very scarce throughout the store but most can be found working up around the main entrance and register area.
Nicely kept store with everything you expect from target. Friendly, helpful staff and the best thing is, it's not too busy so you're not having to fight for space or time.
Target is a great place to shop, staff are friendly, have great customer service and always willing to help if you cannot find what you are looking for
I visited this location today to do Christmas shopping, when I asked where the trolleys were they told me the store did not have trolleys. So, I asked for a basket, and they said “they all must be in use at the moment”.
There must have been approximately 20 people in store, and i walked around forever to try and find a staff member, to no luck.
When I went to the checkout, the person barely looked at me and did not speak to me during our interaction. Before i could even say thank you, they had turned and walked away without a word.
The worst shopping experience I have had in a long time.
The staff were friendly & helpful when I was researching phone options. No pressure to make a rush purchase - that's always a good thing!
Good place for clothes, the quality is better then the other department stores. The items available in store is fair.
A good store, always a bit quiet but with lots of stock. Staff were friendly, store was clean and tidy. Easy to get around, and good value for money.
Couldn't find much variety for my daughter who's size 12-14 so this was a little disappointing.

Target used to be up market and nice. The styles were up to date. Now it's over priced and clothes aren't as stylish.
Large store. Large range of different items. Some staff are nice and smiley but majority are quite and keep to themselves.
Nice store, mens department and a few other things have not been stocked when I've been there multiple times, otherwise friendly staff and good layout.
