Target Castle Hill

Poor customer service. Customer service lady Claudia was very rude and unhelpful and made me wait for a manager for a very long time who was busy.

Great store. Well stocked and organized. Heaps of variety. Good quality products. The self-serve checkouts are great. Plenty of parking.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. For click and collect, reached sharp at 6pm (closing time was at 6pm) and they denied collection of my stuff. I mean, these could have been 20 second job for then to pick the stuff and give it to me. I requested and the staff turned their face, but even courtesy to say sorry.
Sometimes few unprofessional and rude people diminish the value of big brand. So they are.

Specially I rang them at 5: 55pm saying I will reaching at 6pm.
What a unprofessional behaviour.

Target is a great store for reasonable quality wellnpriced items. The person greeting at the entrance provides a welcoming entry

Was clean and ok, but you can tell why they aren't doing too well there days. Nothing really springs out at you. All sort of ho hum.

I received excellent service from the staff here- A manager walked passed me and asked if I needed help then she took me to the steamer I was looking for, then walked me back to the registers happily chatting with me like I was a friend. Very refreshing! Myer should take notice and learn from this store.

Usual friendly greeting from lovely doorman. Service desk very efficient and helpful at rear of the store. Checkouts fast.

A covid safe store, but it can be busy at times and some customers still don't understand what social distancing is.

I love how organised is the place, no matter what day or what hour I'm visiting the store. Covid safe place & very friendly, lovely gentleman usually at the entrance to greet customers & have a smile with kiddos!

I was shopping for men's shoes and I felt happy with the selection on offer I bought two pairs as the second pair were reduced by 50%! I was very happy with my purchase. The only thing I wasn't so keen on is the fact that there are only self serve check outs

Very clean and nice inside. Love the gentleman at the front door, super lovely and he's been there for years. Decent prices and I was lucky to get a discount on a damaged product that was the last of its kind in the store. It's a bit hard to get service at the back service desk and it's sad to see the book and gaming section slowly disappear. Like Kmart it looks like it's turning into a clothing department only

Big and clean shopping centre. Plenty of products you can buy with reasonable price. Staff are nice. It's a good place to go.

I think one of the reasons for Target's store closures is their price range and customer services and I think that's why they do not deserve more than 3 stars.

Love going here with the kids. The door greater is the friendliest I've ever come across. Great bloke.

Massive, plenty to choose from. Clean and tidy. Hard to find the change rooms and staff for help.

The target at castle towers does have a bit more variety than the other target stores.
And slightly more spaced out comparatively.

The member of staff that greets you at the entrance has been there since I was little and even now makes me smile. Always a pleasure to see him and say hello. Shop is well organised and updated.

This store is located on the 2nd level in Castle Towers. Target stocks various household goods, clothes and general merchandise.

I went there to buy food storage containers. The staff are friendly and courteous. There is undercover parking provided by Castle Towers and the Castle Hill Metro Station is located a short distsnce away.

I had a wonderful experience shopping today with a very efficient staff member named Eileen. She is a joy to deal with and a great staff member for Target. I also met a happy, friendly staff member Tayla, at the check out. Congratulations Target Castle Hill for having two great staff members

Customer service was excellent. We were looking for a Christmas tree and they didn't have any in stock at the Carlingford store, so the store salespeople rang around and found the tree we were after at another store for us.
